The familiar voice made Tang Shi Yi look up. The light in her eyes lit up when she saw Quan Lian in front of her.

This man... wasn't he supposed to be at the office attending an online conference? What was he doing here?

"If you have something to discuss about our project, you can always look for me," Quan Lian said. His lip tilted to a smile but this smile did not reach his eyes.

"President Quan." The elder man looked at Quan Lian angrily. He was slapped on his face but was unable to return it. Chen Sheng pulled his hand away from Quan Lian and took a step back. He adjusted his necktie, trying to look dignified. "Is this how your staff treated their client?"

Quan Lian glanced at Tang Shi Yi. "I'm sorry. Miss Tang is not a staff. She is A-Link partner."

Chen Sheng was lost for words briefly. He then remembered that Tang Shi Yi was introduced as A-Link partner not too long ago.
