A Better Choice

Hearing that her children missed her so much, Tang Shi Yi returned home earlier that day to accompany them for dinner.

During their meal, Tang Shi Yi asked her children about their day as usual.

The atmosphere was quite lively.

Her son would tell her what they learned in kindergarten these past few days. Meanwhile, her daughter would tell her what her elder brother had taught her.

However, after a while, Tang Shi Yi began to notice that there was something strange about her children. Once in a while, she would catch her children staring at her.

Tang Shi Yi munched on her vegetables and looked at her son. Their gazes met and Chen Chen quickly looked away. Tang Shi Yi thought that her son was adorable. However, his action made her wonder what was going on with them.

After a brief hesitation, Tang Shi Yi put down her chopsticks and tried to look at her son in the eyes. "Chen Chen?"

The little boy raised his head to meet her eyes.
