Damian saves them

Valerie kept running through the dense forest, so thick it seemed gloomy and quiet, with only the sounds of wild animals, but occasionally she still heard Samuel's shouts. The woman stopped under a large tree, then leaned against it, panting heavily, and looked at her son who hugged her tightly as if scared.

"Mama," Daniel whispered.

Valerie smiled with tears in her eyes. "We'll be okay. We'll find a way out of here, and Samuel won't be able to follow us," she whispered.

"I'm scared, there's a snake."

"A snake..."

"Up there..." Daniel pointed to a branch above them, and his mother immediately looked up and saw a fairly large snake coiled there.

Valerie quickly moved away from the tree, trembling, her hands tired from carrying Daniel, but that didn't make her put him down.

"Oh my God..." She gasped at the sight of the brown-black python. "We can't stay here..."
