“You really are careless, huh.” She sighed. “Do you really not know that there are movements all over Europe? Strong hunters have already jumped in…and the underworld too.”

The word “underworld” stunned both men. At the same time, Christina’s expression completely changed. Her eyes carried a solemn gleam as she stared at Dani.

“I will ask you again one more time. Are you sure you’re not being followed?”

Dani was starting to sense something abnormal afoot. He shook his head.

“No. And I’m not a celebrity or anything. I don’t think anyone’s paying any attention to me.”

“Obviously not,” she harshly objected. “You are the leader of the hunter team in WD (White Dragon). Others like us know that you’re Joker’s right hand, the person he trusts the most. It’s not beyond imagination that there are spies watching you at all times. Joker also had intrications with the underworld before. They have reasons to aim at you.”
