Treasure Hunting Part II

“You’re talking like you’re so sure you’ll get the card.”

Joke smiled faintly at that retort.

“Well…I was told to look on the bright side first, and the rest will naturally follow.”

“Tch! I can already guess who said that to you…I hate people in love!”

Ace playfully complained while turning into a small alley lined with various shops. There was a shop that sold old games, a bookshop, and even a dessert shop with mouthwatering choux pastries in the display window. Finally, they stopped in front of a card shop whose name was written entirely in Japanese.

It was a small shop without a door. The walls inside were lined with glass cases that contained cards, each attached with its own price tag. There was also a small counter where other AOS-related gadgets were displayed. Despite its humble size, there were quite a number of customers.

“If you’re just looking around without anything specific in mind, we should just start from places like this one.”

“Yes.”
