BURN IT DOWN! Part II

The group didn’t respond. Instead, they tightened their formation, cutting off all escape routes for Rin and Joy. Ramina, the golden-haired elf, shifted her gaze warily, ready to release her arrow at a moment’s notice.

"Do me a favor and tell Joker that we’ll be paying him a visit ourselves very soon."

With that, he raised his hand to signal his team, preparing to summon their Halves and deal with the two women.

"Stay close to me, Joy…" Rin whispered.

"You’re really going to fight, Rin?"

"Doesn’t look like we have much of a choice. Just make sure to keep my MP topped up, okay?"

With that, everyone drew their cards, ready for battle. Rin’s amber eyes glinted with determination as she scanned the enemies encircling them, strategizing her next move to retaliate with everything she had.
