“Huh? So those guys are smashing through the tournaments already?”
Dani spoke as he leaned back against a rock, surrounded by a picturesque natural setting of gently flowing rivers and rustling trees in the breeze. It was the kind of peace he hadn’t experienced in a while.
“Yes. Just one day and they’ve swept every tournament they entered—totally savage, as expected from the captain,” came the reply from one of the White Dragon team members through the communication channel.
“And? Any problems worth worrying about?” Dani asked.
“None at all. Looks like the captain had everyone disguise themselves ahead of time, so they’re completely safe.”
Dani raised an eyebrow in surprise but chuckled softly.
“That guy? Coming up with a plan like this? Normally, he’d just charge into tournaments headfirst without a second thought, rain or shine.”
“That’s not all. He also explicitly told everyone not to use their signature Halves in the matches.”
