“Items?” Ace raised his voice in surprise.
“Yeah, like rare plants or magical crystals that can be crafted into support items for the backline. I’m sure he’s compiling a ton of data to make the battle as easy as possible for us… The analysis team at White Dragon has been working around the clock, barely getting any rest.”
Ace burst out laughing, clearly impressed by Dani’s diligence. Letting the golden-haired hunter handle what he was best at was evidently paying off.
“Good to know. At least we can count on him more than someone like Dia, who just charges headlong into everything without a second thought.”
Joke chuckled softly at the remark.
“Sometimes I wonder if you even own a mirror at home.”
“Oi, you four-eyed punk.”
Ace’s annoyed tone made Joke laugh outright.
“Alright, that’s it for now. See you at the rendezvous point, buddy. Let’s hope we can wrap everything up today.”
“Yeah, see you then.”
The call ended, leaving Joke to let out a sigh as he looked up at the sky.
