Both younger dragons called out, trying to stop her, but she simply rested her hands on their shoulders.

“To protect this world, to ensure your safety… and to repay what’s been done to our kin. I hope you both can understand.”

Her gentle squeeze on their shoulders underscored her resolve. During her time recovering as a half-summon, she had grown deeply connected to the Summoner. The more she learned, the more she realized she couldn’t remain idle.

“Are you certain, elder sister?” the second dragon asked, her voice tinged with unease.

“Yes,” she nodded. “You two have nothing to worry about. If it were anyone else, I wouldn’t make this decision. But with this man… I trust him. Deep down, you both must sense it too, don’t you? That this summoner has something truly remarkable hidden within him.”
