This is Loneliness... Part I

"Sigh... How did this even turn into an all-out brawl?"

The idle remark came from Joke, who was leaning against a rock in the middle of a vast field. The morning sun shone down on him, while a gentle breeze passed by, making the atmosphere pleasantly cool. His hands were filled with dozens of cards he had just "acquired"—or rather, "been given"—moments ago. Letting out a deep sigh, he examined them one by one.

"Most of these aren't even useful for dueling," he muttered. "But at least there's still something I can use on this island. As for food supplies to keep them all energized, I think we've got enough stockpiled to last nearly a week."

He sighed again before tilting his head upward, his gaze settling on the two women standing rigidly as they paced around, seemingly searching for something with serious expressions.

Joke could only smile in amusement.

"That's enough, you two. I doubt anyone would dare mess with us now. They're probably long gone by now."
