Mrs. Harris, in a flurry of motion, clutched her phone and urgently informed Emma Hart, "It's Mr. Sterling on the line."

Upon hearing this, Emma scrambled out of the hospital bed, frantically searching for something before finally pulling out her own phone, which displayed several missed calls from Damien Sterling. Could it be that he resorted to calling Mrs. Harris because Emma hadn't answered? It seemed he was looking for her.

"What should I do?" Mrs. Harris looked up at Emma, seeking guidance.

Emma placed a finger to her lips, signaling Mrs. Harris to secrecy, "Don't tell him I'm here."

Picking up the call, Mrs. Harris hesitantly began, "Hello, Mr. Sterling..."

"Where are you?"

There was a brief pause before Mrs. Harris continued, "We're at the hospital."

Damien Sterling's grip tightened around his phone, "At the hospital? What's happened to her now?"
