Tales of The Multiverse [The New Beginning]
t was a cold rainy day when the Farmer named David White went back to his cabin. He had a very long day managing the crops, and keeping them healthy that he barely felt like doing anything. So he decided to get into his bed and rest. What he didn't know is that what would happen in the night would turn his whole life upside down. He slept for about 2 hours before waking up, but when he woke up he saw a massive rise in rain, and the breeze was getting much stronger. It was almost like a tornado was right on top of his house! "What is happening!?" David said. Suddenly all the wind seemed to completely stop and it stopped raining. "That's very strange." David Said. He then saw a portal open in front of his own eyes. He'd never seen anything like this before. Then suddenly his dog named Gerald decided to walk into the portal. Immediately David said, "No Gerald don't go in there!" But it was too late as Gerald already entered the portal seemingly to never be seen again.
Then when Gerald went into the portal the portal started to suck in everything around it including David. David then freaked out after this as he got pulled into the Newly Discovered World. When he was sucked through the portal for a few seconds he saw a vast amount of sand before being knocked out by one of the crates that came out of the portal. It was hours after he had arrived before he woke up. When he did he started walking around trying to find a way out. David screamed "HELLO!" "Anybody Here!?" He knew that getting through the way he came in wouldn't work as the portal had already dissipated when he got knocked out a few hours earlier. Now he started to walk the vast sands of the Strange World for what felt like days weeks or maybe even months. He then passed out due to being so dehydrated and hungry. Then as he passed out he saw a cloaked figure in the distance slowly walking towards him. When he woke up about a day later he was in a bed. "Am I back in my bed?" "Was that all a dream?" David thought. Then the cloaked figure he saw a day earlier said "You're finally awake." David was freaked out for a moment thinking he had just been kidnapped and held hostage. The Cloaked Figure spoke again saying "Don't be alarmed I'm only here to help you."
David then began to ask who the figure was and the cloaked figure replied "I will only tell you after we get more familiar with each other." He then started to look at the food and water the cloaked figure had given him. David then started to ask questions "Why did you save me?" "What is this world that I've ended up in?" The cloaked figure Replied saying "You are in a world that people like you call The Outer Regions." "And I saved you because I believe you serve an important purpose in our survival." David then asked, "What Purpose?" The Cloaked Figure was silent for a moment before answering his question saying "Saving us from the Tyrant they call Nova Khan." David then stood there for a moment saying "So you want me to save your people from a Tyrant? A TYRANT!?" The Cloaked Figure then spoke again saying "I'll tell you why the people chose you later, but for now I'll leave you here while I go out, and get more food"

Facility Breakout
David had been waiting for hours for the Cloaked Figure to return, but he didn't return. So David decided to go into the Cloaked Figure's basement only to discover a futuristic-looking portal that needed 2 fuses to activate. Then he decided to try to find the fuses and found them in a chest next to the portal. However, there was a note on the portal saying that read. "EXPERIMENTAL PORTAL DON'T ACTIVATE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!" "It shouldn't have anything wrong with it. It seems completely fine." David thought. So he put all the fuses into the portal and then pulled the lever to activate it which was a choice he would soon regret…. As the portal activated it started to struggle before turning on and revealing a portal to another universe was peeking through showing a High Tech Facility. Being curious David decided to go through the portal and walked through the labyrinth-like facility. He started to open doors through the facility until he discovered what seemed to be a High Tech Cage containing an Experiment. There was also a sign that read. "DO NOT OPEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! DANGEROUS EXPERIMENTAL ANOMALY INSIDE!" David stared at the Experiment looking at its scary features and strange purple liquid coming from its body. "What in god's name is that?" David said.
This awoke the creature, and it started banging on the glass trying to break free. David started to open the door and barricade it using whatever he could find and started running for a place to hide. "I NEED TO HIDE!" David thought through his anxiety and panic. The monster broke through the glass and started trying to break down the doors separating it from David. David immediately bee-lined towards the break room and hid in the fridge. His heart started beating fast as the monster broke through the door and started trying to find David. It ran through the entire facility destroying everything in its path, but luckily David survived this nightmarish encounter. He got out of the fridge starting to calm down to start trying to think about what to do next. "That monster is looking for me as I speak," David said. Then the intercom and the alarm came on. "CONTAINMENT BREACH!" "THE MONSTERS HAVE ESCAPED AND ARE CAUSING TROUBLE!" "WHATEVER YOU DO FIND THE NEAREST EXIT IMMEDIATELY!" "AND DO THAT BEFORE YOU- AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!" Then the intercom came off, but the alarm was still blaring through the whole facility.
David knew that he had to find the exit before the monster finds him. David tried to go through the way he came from through the door, but it was blocked off. "ain't no way getting through there now." David said. "I have to find an exit through this labyrinth of a facility." David walked through the facility keeping quiet to not alert the monster of his presence. Eventually, after 15 minutes of walking through the facility, he found what seemed to be an emergency exit gate. He pressed the button to open it but as he tried to open it the power cut off. "You've got to be kidding me!" "That monster must've sabotaged the fuse box." The alarm was no longer blaring as there was no power. David then turned on his flashlight to see in the dark. He then heard a scream from what seemed to be another monster. "First it was one now I have 2 problems to worry about?" "You've gotta be kidding me!" David said.
David started to look for the power room to try to see the damages and work on repairing them. He then arrived at the powder room and saw the damage. "It seems like the monster must've bit and ripped all of the wires." "Guess I have to use the backup generator and find all of what seems to be 10 fuses for it," David said. He saw a monster approach the power room so he decided to hide in one of the lockers in the room to hide from it. It started to look around and approached the locker so David stopped moving, and stood completely still in the locker to avoid the monster. The monster then left the room, and David got out of the locker now feeling safe. Then he went out of the power room in search of the fuses, but as he left the Experiment started to charge at him yelling screeches and cries. David then ran for his life as the Experiment started to chase him throughout the hallway.
After a grueling 30 minutes of running from the Experiment, he found a room to hide in. He barricaded the door as he rested in the lounge, but the Experiment started trying to bust down the door of the lounge. He then hid in the locker as the bangs on the door started to get louder and louder before he broke through the door. David hid for about 5 minutes as the Experiment tries to find him. Thankfully the Experiment left the room, and David went through and found the Security Room with a Security Card lock. "I need to find a key card to open this door," David thought.
David started looking through the facility and found a Science room with a dead Security Guard in the room that seemed to have died in the Experiment. He looked through the dead body finding the guard's Key card. Then the body rose from the ground now becoming a Zombie. David then ran getting scared running for his life from the Zombie Security Guard to another locker. The Zombie then ran past losing a trace while David found a broken pipe, and knocked out and killed the Zombie using the pipe. He then got to the Security room and looked through the drawers and found all the fuses he needed. "Finally!" David said. "Now I can escape this nightmare once and for all!" David then ran to the Power room and put all the fuses in, and turned on the power. He breathed a sigh of relief turning on the power. As the power turned on he heard what seemed to be loud screeches.
He looked at what was happening and saw the Experiment lit on fire by the exposed wiring that he had ripped out. The Experiment then ran down the hallway on fire and fell out the window in panic from the fire. He was relieved to see the Experiment dead. 5 minutes after this he gets to the exit, but when he started to open the exit slowly a whole horde of monsters started to approach him. "RUN!" David screamed. He started to run for his life through the whole labyrinth now having to run and survive for 30 minutes as the door slowly opens. He then gets back to the exit and it completely opens for him to escape. "CLOSE IT CLOSE IT CLOSE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" David screamed in his anxiety. He hardly shut the door onto one of the Monster's heads as they almost make it through the door. He then started to walk off physically exhausted through the pain he went through. He then laid down starting to sleep being so exhausted before passing out in the light of the sun on the horizon throughout the canyon he was in.

The Secrets of Crystal Canyon
David woke up after passing out a day earlier after breaking out of the facility. It is now nighttime throughout the canyon so he decides to go to a nearby village 15 minutes away from the facility. He decided to go to the village and talk with the natives. "Can you tell me where I am?" David asked. "Hello, traveler!" "You are at Crystal Village! Which is where we call home!" Said one of the villagers. David started to walk around to a nearby hotel in the village to rest for a few days to take a break before he tries to find another portal. "Welcome to the Crystal Village Hotel! How may I help you?" Said the receptionist. "Can I get a room booked for 7 days?" David asked. "Sure!" Said the receptionist. "We would be happy to give you a room!" "Here's the key to your room sir." David then took the key from the receptionist and went to unpack his things and keep his flashlight with him. "I'll keep my flashlight with me just in case something happens," David thought. He started to turn on the TV and relaxed for a few hours. "I'm getting hungry," David thought.
"I should go order some food." So David started to go down to the reception area of the hotel. "Hello again receptionist," David said. "Hello again Mr. David is everything okay?" The receptionist asked. "Yes, but I need to get some food so can you get your chef to prepare something for me?" David asked. "Sure we would be happy to serve you with our finest cuisine." The receptionist said. "Good, I will return to my room now," David said. David then waited patiently for his food for about 15 minutes before it arrived. "Thank you!" David said as he got his food. "Wow, this looks so great!" "This is the finest cuisine!" David said.
As he finished his food he gave it back to the chef to wash David started to watch TV for the rest of the day. The next day David started to pack his things and started to head out for his journey again. As he was leaving the receptionist talked to him before he left. "Hello, Mr. David!" She said. "I was wondering….Are you going on an adventure or journey?" She asked. "How did you know?" David said. "I heard rumors about a chosen one who is. meant to save the universe from the tyrant Nova Khan." She said. "I think those rumors are pointing about you, David." The Receptionist said. "Well that sounds reasonable I wouldn't mind bringing you along on my journey," David said. "That's amazing!" The Receptionist said. "Well, let's get going then!" David said. David and The Receptionist started to look for the next place where the portal could be. They started to ask the villagers about the next place to head. "Well, you should head to the mines because we recently found a portal in the mines, but our ruler Nova Khan left it off-limits for us to go through and guarded it with his wretched creations." One of the Villagers said. "I would highly suggest that you both get flashlights and protective gear before going anywhere near the Mines." One of the Villagers said.
So David and The Receptionist bought protective gear and mining gear to protect themselves in the mines from the village's shop. Then they headed towards the Mines. "So what is your name exactly Ms Receptionist?" David asked. "You can call me Sarah," Sarah said. "Okay, Sarah let's go," David said. Then they reached the mines and started to examine the place. Then they started to head towards a more industrial part of the mines with Red and Black flags bearing down on the entrance. "We should probably get a disguise before we go in there," Sarah said. "Good thinking!" David said. So David and Sarah saw some guards patrolling the outside, and they both knocked 2 of the guards unconscious and disguised as them. "Now let's go inside and make sure we can infiltrate it safely and quietly," Sarah said. So they went into the Facility and walked to the entrance with their weapons. "Good day, Solider!" Said one of the Soldiers. "Hmm, it seems you are both new. Let me show you the ropes, and show you around." Said the Captain Soldier. So they started to walk towards the break room, and get showed around for 15 minutes before arriving at the lab area. "Welcome to the lab. Here we do all the experiments for our almighty leader Nova Khan," said Captain Solider. "We are currently making the newest form of Security. The Experiment!" Said the Captain Solider.
"We make experiments and just get random sciency things done bla bla bla.." Said the soldier. Sarah then saw the Experiment and saw how twisted it truly was. "Wow, that truly is a twisted experiment being conducted here," Sarah said. "I know right?" David said. Then Nova Khan entered the room to see the Experiment. "Is everything going as planned?" Nova Khan said. "Yes, my lord!" The Captain Solider said. "Good….I would like to see my pets help me rule all the universes at my hand." Nova Khan said. "Your wish will soon be achieved…" The Captain Solider said. "We only have 4 universes to purge left until your wish is achieved…" The Captain Solider said. "Oh…It seems like we have a new rookie joining us…" Nova Khan said. Sarah looked nervous as Nova Khan was looking directly at her. "Our cover is probably about to be blown." Sarah thought. Being so nervous Sarah immediately shot Nova Khan with her stun blaster and knocked him unconscious. "Sarah what did you do!?" David said. "IT'S THE HUNTERS!" The Captain Solider exclaimed. "GUARDS! ATTACK THEM!" Sarah then got scared and started to run while David started to run too "RUN!" Sarah and David exclaimed. The guards started to fire their blasters at David and Sarah. They ran for 15 minutes until they found a Storage Room and decided to hide in it and barricade the door.
There was then loud banging on the door but it stopped a few seconds later and then screams followed. Sarah looked through the peephole and was horrified to see the Experiment slaughtering all of the guards in front of her eyes. She then saw the Experiment trying to break down the door. "Get to the vent!" Sarah exclaimed. David and Sarah got into the vent and 10 seconds after getting into the vent they saw the experiment breaking into the storage room as they went through the vents. "What do we do?" David said. "Let's keep going," Sarah said. They went through the vent only to see the Experiment chasing them from behind so they went through all the parts of the vent so they were in a chase for 30 minutes before David and Sarah found the exit of the vent and saw the Experiment fall through the Industrial Power room and fall into the large set of wires and getting electrocuted to death. Then they went into the power room and found the portal. "The portal!" Sarah exclaimed. "We can escape now!" Then Sarah and David found 5 fuses to power the Portal and opened it up. "It looks so beautiful!" David said. "Let's not waste any time the guards will show up at any moment." The alarm sounded after that as the guards started to try to break down the door. "GET IN!" David exclaimed as they went through the portal. Now they were traveling to the next universe out of Crystal Canyon and on the run from Nova Khan's Empire.

The Syndicate
Both David and Sarah fell through the portal falling onto the soft grass of a Cherry Blossom Forest. "It looks so beautiful!" Sarah exclaimed. They both walked through the Forest as they looked at all the beautiful trees and grass they saw what seemed to be a gigantic mansion 1 mile away. "It seems there is a mansion in the distance," Sarah said. "We should probably rest there." Sarah and David started walking for an hour-long trail to get to the mansion. When they arrived they saw what seemed to be Dark Blue banners bearing down from the Entrance of the mansion. "Are you sure we should go inside?" David asked.
"It should be safe….There isn't anybody in there so we must be okay to go inside." Sarah said. David then opened the door inside and saw what seemed to be a reception desk and a blue carpet at the entrance. "I think this is a hotel instead of a mansion this looks amazing!" David said. The Receptionist greeted them. "Hello and welcome to the Blossom Hotel!" "Here is your room key, and your room is 67." The Receptionist then gave David and Sarah their room key, and they went to their room. They were then watching TV and relaxing to take a break from being constantly hunted. They then changed from their guard disguise and changed into the clothes that were in the room they were in. "We might stay here for a while until we think about finding that portal," David said. "Good idea," Sarah said.
As they were both getting all of what seemed like the best of the world with the finest cuisine and being treated as kings both Sarah, and David started to fall asleep into the night. As they fell asleep David seemed to feel a strange feeling of being carried by something or someone, but brushed it off and fell asleep anyways. When Sarah woke up she couldn't move her hands or legs and felt as if she couldn't move. She also noticed that she was in a dark room that seemed to be very far underground in a basement-like area. Sarah then found a way to be able to move again and got out of the chair falling over. Sarah started to go towards the door to leave the room, but it turns out to be locked and needs a key.
She finds a key that was under the table that was also in the room and unlocks the door. She then sees what seems to be a labyrinth of rooms ahead of her that she needs to escape. She starts to run through the labyrinth only to find what seemed to be a strange tall creature that seems to want to do anything in its power to stop her from escaping. The creature then saw Sarah and started charging towards her so Sarah starts to run. She then runs back to the room she started in and hid under the table to hide. The creature being so tall cannot see her under the table so it leaves. Sarah then leaves the room and goes to try to find an exit. She then finds an exit at the end of the hallway but it seems to be locked by a keypad and 2 locks. Sarah then tries to find one of the keys and finds it in one of the rooms.
Sarah then finds the other key next to what seemed to be a computer on the table in one of the rooms. She then tries to go onto the computer to see if she can try to find anything to figure out the code on the keypad. She pulls up what seems to be a folder with lots of 10s and numbers. She then figured out that by deleting the 10s that there was a 5-digit code that she could use to open up the exit door. She then puts the code in the escape door and opens the door, but she felt like something was missing. "I can't leave yet since I need to find David." Sarah thought. She then started to look for David and found a ladder with a secret trapdoor above the ladder. Using the trapdoor Sarah managed to make it to the next floor and found David in a chair not able to move and starts to escort David to safety. "Thank you Sarah I wouldn't have gotten out if it weren't for you," David said. Sarah then went back to the exit but the Creature started chasing Sarah towards the exit, and they began running for 15 minutes until Sarah reached the exit.
They then breathed a sigh of relief as they made it back to the surface still confused about what happened. Then they were surrounded by what seemed to be heavily armored Dark Blue colored Henchmen. "DON'T MOVE!" Exclaimed one of the henchmen. "YOU HAVE BEEN ORDERED TO BE ARRESTED BY THE SYNDICATE!" As they were being transported to a prison David and Sarah were taken to the portal to what was meant to be a prison. David and Sarah were confused about what was happening as they were escorted to their designated cells. Then David and Sarah passed out from their exhaustion.

The Laboratory
When David awoke in the morning he realized that he is now in a prison and must escape it. He started to look around his cell and realized he was deep in space with the only thing in the sky outside being stars and asteroids in the background along with a Purple Sky lighting it all up. He saw what seemed to be a cracked tile on the floor that seemed to be out of place. "It looks like something is here," David said.
David then began banging on the tile with his fists, and he managed to break the tile revealing a trap door. "This must be an escape route!" David thought. David then looked at his hands which now started bleeding from the sheer force of how much strength he had to put in to break the tile. David then found a piece of cloth on the floor that he used to bandage himself. He then opened the trapdoor, went down a ladder for 5 minutes, and then found what seemed to be a laboratory deep underground in the prison. He then looked around the Lab and saw a Monster developing inside the tube. "It's another one of those creations…." David said. He then looked at the Door which seemed to open up into a hallway to a flight of stairs. "It's locked…I need to find a key to open it."
David said. David then started to look for the key finding it on the control panel next to the Monster. David then unlocked the door, but just as soon as he opened the door the lights of the Lab immediately turn off and break. "You've got to be kidding me…..Something must've broken the Fuse Box." David said. David then looked and saw that the Monster dissipated and is no longer in the tube. He also saw that the gun attachment on the table was also gone. "Whatever that thing was must've taken that gun arm attachment," David said. David then started to climb the stairs, going through with his flashlight to find a way to get to the portal. He started to hear what seemed to be a scream in the distance with a faint gun noise. "That thing is heading straight towards me!" David said.
David then hid in the vent that he found while the monster passed where David was. He then went to the top of the vent using a ladder that was found in it. He then went out of the vent and found another room, and went through the door, but heard what seemed to sound like a dog in the distance. He looked behind him and found a mutated dog from the monster, which was mutated by the Experimental goo. He then started to run from the mutated dog and shut the door at the end of the hallway so that the dog couldn't get through.
He then found what seemed to be a generator, and put some fuses into the generator to power it on. After David put the fuses into it he pulled the lever turned it on, and opened the door to leave. "Now I can leave, but where is Sarah?" David said. David went through the door, but couldn't shake off the feeling that he needed to find Sarah. David found the portal and went through it to the next universe. Now David will be tasked with finding Sarah or die trying.

Finale
David got to the end of the Portal now starting to look for Sarah as she was trapped in Nova Khan's fortress. David reluctantly entered the fortress fearing what was ahead of him. David saw the guards at the gate and wanted to get through. "Hey! You don't have permission to be here!" One of the guards said. David then beat up both of the guards to get past them to get in. David started walking through the fortress looking for Sarah and saving her. Eventually, he got to the throne room of Nova Khan. "So the pathetic farmer has finally arrived….." Nova Khan said.
"I'm impressed you haven't died sooner." "Give Sarah back!" David exclaimed. "Over my dead body!" Nova Khan said. "You will simply perish at the hands of my pets…" Nova Khan said. All the gates from throughout the palace start to open revealing Nova Khan's experiments. David started to get nervous as they slowly approached him, but David planned this and started to activate one of his explosives near the Experiments. All of the experiments in the range of the explosion got shocked and electrocuted to death. "Impressive…" Nova Khan said. "But it's not enough against one of my greatest fighters…" Nova Khan said. Then Captain Solider came out from the gate. "TRAITOR!" The Captain Solider exclaimed charging into battle. David then started to fight him using a nearby sword one of the experiments dropped. "You've caused our army too much trouble!" The Captain Solider exclaimed.
"If it weren't for me the multiverse would've been ruined by this point!" David said. Then Captain Solider started to lose his balance and became exhausted which David used to his advantage. David then plunged the sword into the Captain Soldier's chest. The Captain Solider looked in shock as he was killed, and dropped onto the floor dead. "This can't be happening!" Nova Khan exclaimed. "I'll just have to kill you myself then!" Nova Khan said. Nova Khan then jumped into the air and landed on the palace floor causing a shock wave and knocking David off his feet. Nova Khan then started to charge towards David trying to crush him. David then dodged under Nova Khan. David then picked up a Crossbow from the Captain Soldier's dead body and started firing it. "You've caused me so much trouble, and have caused me so much pain!" Nova Khan said. "You even killed my pets! My precious pets!" Nova Khan exclaimed. "The entire multiverse would've collapsed by now if I weren't planning to stop you!" David exclaimed. Nova Khan then lost his footing leaving himself open causing David to start beating up Nova Khan until he got back up. Nova Khan then started to get very exhausted, but still fighting. "If I can't beat you alone….Then using the power of the center of the multiverse will beat you!" Nova Khan exclaimed.
Nova Khan then used a giant orb in the center of his palace and started absorbing its power. This, in turn, started giving Nova Khan more power but started making the fortress slowly start to collapse. "NOW YOU WILL DIE MORTAL!!!!!!!!!" Nova Khan exclaimed. David then started to evade giant beams of Orange light coming from Nova Khan's hand. David started to dodge Nova Khan's attacks for a few minutes before Nova Khan got exhausted. David used the sword that he found and started using it to absorb all the energy from Nova Khan turning the Sword into a Sword that could kill even gods. David then started to be overwhelmed by the Energy in the sword now when absorbing it. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" David screamed. Now David absorbed all the power into the sword starting to get exhausted as well. "Any last words Nova Khan before I put an end to your chaos?" David asked. "This…..Is....Only…...The…...Beginning…." Nova Khan struggled to say. David then slashed Nova Khan with the sword multiple times splitting him into multiple rocky pieces. "Yes…...It's finally over…..I….Did it…." David said overwhelmed with happiness. But the palace was still crumbling without the powerful orb to keep it afloat. "Now I need to find Sarah," David said. David then started to look through the fortress before finding a prison where he found Sarah. "Thank goodness you are finally here!" Sarah exclaimed. "it's gonna be okay." David said.
David then started to carry Sarah to the portal running out of the facility. "Now to the portal quick!" Sarah exclaimed. David then started to dodge attacks from the guards and debris from the fortress. They then make it out to the portal to get in. "The Fortress is gonna explode head to the portal! Now!" One of the Guards said. But it was too late as when David and Sarah already went into the portal the Fortress exploded causing all of the guards to instantly die due to the impact. Now David was back home with Sarah back on Earth. "Is this earth?" Sarah asked. "This is the place I call home," David said now back at his farm. David then started to show Sarah around his farm.
"Can I ask you a question?" Sarah asked. "What question?" David said. "After all this time I felt like ever since you saved me, I should marry you," Sarah said. "So will you marry me?" Sarah asked. "You kidding? Yes!" David said. A few years after they got back home they got a new house in the wilderness, and even more recently than that they had children. It seems like they lived happily away from all the battles and multiverse, and just live their best lives. But alas happiness cannot truly last forever, and there must be something that gets in the way of it. Something dark and mysterious must rise soon to restore the balance of happiness. So while David and Sarah's children live happen something mysterious brews in the darkness of the multiverse. Something that's out for revenge…..
