Dark fall's secret maiden

"Do you know something about female species,y/n?"

Y/n was fidgeting I can tell. Seconds later she answered in a stern tone.

"My Apologies, I didn't expect you to ask that, yes I do know because I live with them but I'm no female myself, honest."

He raises his one hand with open palm. At first, I didn't believe his last sentence but decided to let it go. I smiled at him as I apologize.

"True I remember saying it, looks like I forgotten, my apologies sir y/n"

"No problem, really. Everyone forgets something."

Tbh, I did remember. But his reaction made me pretend I did, I wanted to see what will be his reaction. I was disappointed at the end. I expected more than a blunt and stern reply. Ugh.

We heard a knock a door and deus came in. Not knowing y/n was there and....it was actually this was there first encounter.

"Mephisto! Your plant eating monsters ate my damn sword and armor!!"

"Oh my, the plant must be hungry and decided to eat it"

I smiled innocently at deus as I watched his angry and pissed reaction while in the sidelines, y/n was watching what's happening right now.

As deus walked towards mephisto,he noticed y/n.

"Deus, this is y/n. Our new recruit. He will be also live here and work under Leon."

Deus looked him up and down before smirking. His anger turning into curiousness.

Deus says as he leans down face to face, inches apart from y/n's mask. Before proceeding to whisper it to his ear. Saying the words,take it off.

He said in a stern voice as he glares back at him.

"Because I want your armor besides, it's made from a serpent of the this land, am I right?"

"I want it. Don't blame me wanting it, blame four eyes over here."

He points with his thumb towards mephisto who was sitting on the sidelines.

"If you won't give it to me. I'll have to force you."

"I'd like to see you try, elf ears"

Y/n stands up as he face deus. This was getting interesting, I thought as they glare at each other. I saw got annoyed at his called nickname by y/n

Deus get annoyed as a blue light of spark appears in his hand.

You heard me, elf ears. I won't give it to you, even if you want it.

In a lightning speed deus lunges at him and punches y/n. Which he dodges and quickly pulls out his sword and attempts to slice him. Which also made deus react on time and backs away from him. Y/n was pointing the sword at deus while deus was getting ready to launch again at him.

Meanwhile on the sidelines, mephisto. Was watching the whole scene. He smirks and speaks to himself.

"Well this is getting interesting,popcorn would be nice right now."
