Y/n exclaimed as she rests on the couch while nergal washed the dishes.

"An old friend of mine who can tell us about the monsters we're dealing with, he's a maniac like mephisto but he's totally the guy we need to talk to"

Nergal chuckles at her comparison to the two.

"With hot choco please, thanks. I'll be get the bed ready"

"Stop calling me like I'm your wife!"

Nergal just chuckled as he prepared the sweets and y/n readying the bed.

While eating snacks, y/n and nergal report their stay at her hometown and the monsters they encounter. Mephisto then comments.

"Well this will be an interesting research, so who's this researcher we are talking about?"

Mephisto asked through video hologram (like videocall but more advanced) y/n sighs deeply before taking a bite out of her sweet.

"He's an old friend who's crazy like you, but you're crazier four eyes."

You said annoyingly while mephisto just smiled.

Y/n a d nergal traveled and arrived infront of the huge gates made of steel and wires surround with it. Behind was a small but old house. They went in and y/n made a knock that made nergal suprised. It wasn't a simple knock but like a code one.

She just hummed before inhaling and  shout loudly.

"Get the fck out of here you maniac or I'm fcking destroying this place down!!"

Steps can be heard and the opened, revealing a man with messy hair, goggles, white messy lab coat and a shirt and wearing...underwear.

Y/n immediately kicked the man and angrily shouted.

The man trembled and rushes back in the house and probably to his room to wear pants, she then motions nergal to come in.

"Come on in, make yourself at home."

As nergal went in, he was in awe at what he sees inside. It was luxurious and large like a mansion, unlike outside, the inside was gorgeous and was fitted for the nobles.

(If you watched the Harry Potter movie where the tents are magical and had a dorm like place, yeah, like that) It was inspired from that movie actually.

As the three settle in, the table was set with tea and sweets of your favorite.

"You remembered my favorite, how sweet"

The man said timidly as he sweat. He then asked y/n nervously.

"Stop acting timid, it's just us here so be yourself, Luke"

As Luke hears this he took off his goggles and puts it above his hair as he giggles.

"Ah fuck, I was getting tired of being nice infront of everyone here."

Luke sighs deeply as he looks at y/n then at nergal then back to y/n.

"So what of my help do you need from me, especially for you, old friend?"

Somewhere far, an old man was reading an old letter from her daughter who he missed dearly.

A knock was heard and a beautiful girl walks in.

The girl looks at him with pleading hope in her eyes. The old man shook her head and the girl was disappointed. She embraced him and the he embraced back.
