A Hug!
It was Monday and all were back to their college and their schedule and even their externals were approaching. So all were busy .
Ahalya, Adithi, Amrutha and Vrinda were sitting in a bench and listening to the class .
It was a break time.
Adithi was happy like never before due to that incident and she was smiling simply.
Ahalya - Why , why are smiling. ...anything happened?
Adithi - Nothing dude....I remembered some joke .
Ahalya - Are you committed to someone?
Adithi - Committed ahh?? No bro....If I was then I would have said to You guys...right!!
Ahalya - Don't lie to me..
Ahalya grabbed Adithi's shoulder and turned towards her.
Ahalya - Look at my eyes and say the truth!!
Adithi - I...I...(shivering in her voice)....I am not understanding what you are saying!!!
Ahalya - Say before I am too nice to you...(there were tears in her eyes)
Adithi was not getting anything....what was She talking about...so she asked Amrutha..
Amrutha - Adithi...
Adithi - Yes tell me what is she talking about?
Amrutha - Adithi....Ahalya saw you with Agastya....and...and....
Adithi - And what??
Agastya - She also saw you both hugging!!!
Adithi - What's so wrong in that??
Adithi got angry and turned towards Ahalya..
Adithi - What if I hug him?
Ahalya - ...(Silence)
Adithi - Say what is wrong... If I hug him?
Adithi - Do you have any feelings for him?
Ahalya - (Turned towards Vrinda..)
Adithi - You don't have any...Then why are you asking? If I hug him or not that's none of your business
Ahalya -(Took a break and turned towards Adithi and said)
Hey....I like to spend time with him...I genuinely care for him and In this time I Don't think about anything else.....
All Three of them were shocked and looked at her with eyes with mouth open.
Ahalya confessed her feelings about Agastya to their Friends.
Ahalya - (closed her mouth from her hands)
Rushed to go out.
Amrutha and Vrinda too followed her. But Adithi was sitting shocked.
Adithi (in her mind) - I Didn't know that....this plan would work this much faster.
Agastya was roaming in the corridor and searching for Adithi.
Agastya (to himself) - Where is she....she told me that she have a plan....but she is hiding from me now....If I caught her then I will not leave her.
Suddenly Ahalya appeared infront of Agastya.
Ahalya - Hii...(with a smile)
Agastya (shocking) - Hii!!
Ahalya grabbed his arms and dragged him and went to park in the campus and both sat on the chair.
Ahalya - I know everything about yesterday.
Agastya - Yesterday! !!
Ahalya - But Adithi is hiding something from me....You know right!!
Agastya - I... I
Agastya (in his mind) - I Don't know....If I have to say it or not.
Ahalya - I am asking. ...you know it or not??
Agastya - I know....I know....(said loudly)
He explained everything about yesterday.
About her seniors behavior and the park scene.
Agastya - This was all about yesterday and finally she was thankful to me...and lastly she gave a hug.
Ahalya eyes were filled with water.....
She Suddenly ran towards Adithi .
Finally Ahalya came infront of Adithi and grabbed her and hugged her while crying.
Ahalya - How can you keep all this to yourself.Why Don't you say anything to your friends. Are we not friends?....we could have helped you right.
Adithi was silent and Didn't just consoled her and hugged her.
Ahalya - Do say what you want to say from now onwards....Don't keep it to yourself.
Adithi - Okay....Don't worry....Agastya and Siddh helped me to come out of this...and no worries.(smiled!)
They both were fine and were happy.
(From distance there was a voice) - Where were you when she was seeking help and tried to call you.
All turned towards to that voice direction and it was Agastya.
Adithi saw Agastya and ran towards him and said..
Adithi - Agastya....why are you saying all these....leave it....Please....I beg you...(crying)
Agastya - You don't stop me...I have to say it clearly...You Didn't even pick her call and now!..you are saying "Do say what you want to say".... How can even say that?
Adithi (Screamed) - Agastya!!!!!
Adithi grabbed his arms and took away from that place..
Ahalya (came towards siddh) - which call....I Don't know....
Siddh - Ahalya... When her Senior made a scene....first she tried to call you many times....and you didn't pick her call and at last call you finally picked....when she was about to say that she was scared...you said " Adithi...I am in function...can I call you later"
Siddh - You should have asked..."What's the matter...."
Ahalya - I was at my Grandpa's funeral that day...
Siddh - Even though....She didn't get A angry about you...because we were there....
If we also weren't there... then can you even think... what would have happened?
I can't even imagine that ....It's scary.
Siddh - She even took promise from us....not to say anything about yesterday.
But Agastya said it all.
Siddh - Now also you didn't even asked ....how she felt....you only asked....why Didn't you informed....do you know how much she went through?
Adithi (Screamed) - Siddh.....
She ran and even dragged Siddh from that place .
Ahalya felt bad and came home and full night she thought about the words Siddh said and she was crying and even imagined Adithi's situation and got scared.
Next day Morning....Ahalya went to Adithi's home and came to her room....Adithi was still sleeping. ...Ahalya slowly removed her blanket from her and tried to wake her up slowly with soft voice.
Finally Adithi woke up and saw Ahalya....
Adithi (shocked) - Ahalya....(rushed and sat)
Ahalya - calm down....
Adithi - Had breakfast?
Ahalya - no....
Adithi - come Let's have have breakfast...
Ahalya - wait....wait Adithi....I have to say you sorry.
Adithi - What??
Ahalya (tears in eyes) - I am literally very sorry bro....I am really really sorry....I didn't have any idea about your situation. Please forgive me Adithi...I am literally sorry (started crying).
Adithi - No worries....I felt bad at that time but I am okay Now....Don't say sorry....It was not your fault...It was time...
Adithi hugged Ahalya and cried alot....After some time both were fine and went to eat breakfast.
