Bruce bent to speak into Clara Kane's ear.

"I do believe Adonis would like to speak to you and the chairman alone."

Her guests were chatting amongst themselves gently and had seemed to take a liking to the food in front of them and the magnificent view. She was quite happy with the tea that she'd thrown together so the last minute and time with her family was always a bonus.

Why did her brother want to talk to her alone now?

"He will be leaving soon. So will I," Bruce continued.

Clara looked up at Bruce quickly, "What? You won't be staying for dinner with me and grandpa?"

Bruce shook his head, "That was never part of the plan of course."

Clara Kane glared up at him, "You always do this! Everytime you guys have work, it's because of you, Bruce!"
