Demetrius Anderson has spent the past 7 years training to fight crime in NYC after the death of his best friend when he was just 11. After his 18th birthday, he takes on the vigilante identity: Riot. But as Riot, he will have to face real-life dangers that show being a vigilante isn't as easy as it seems.
