Resolve for the path of Martial

The doctors conducting the procedure were amazed at the tenacity of Ben. This was the first time they had seen such degree of pain tolerance.

Doctor1: This should be a record right.

The other doctors bowed their head down. The head doctor continued " What are you spacing out for. Prepare for the body transformation statement."

While the thinking process of the two people were happening, Ben was prepped for the body transformation. This was done with the help of radiation therapy, hormonal injections, rapid healing medicines and various catalysts for aiding the process.

Haldert announced once more: " Make the process slow. This is a variant type of meridian seed. We need to get the process and the minute details exactly right. First prepare for the radiation of ..." The doctor started to give instructions for the various steps and assigned tasks to the doctors and nurses around him.

The process began. Ben unconsciously activated the visualization and breathing techniques in the book. This process was much milder than the implantation and germination of martial seed. It was also slow.

The process took about another 8 days. The reason for this was that Ben's body was already modified to a great extent by his exercises. Even as the process was happening, he had activated the visualization and breathing exercises which was aiding the body transformation processes. Soon it was time for Ben to wake up. The first part of the treatment had taken about 10 days. An additional day was spent for ensuring that there was nothing wrong with his body, despite the speed at which procedure was completed. 

Ben awakened groggily. He gradually opened his eyes. He was stark naked. It took some time for him to get acclimatized to the light. Once he became a bit stable, Dr. Haldert started speaking to him: " Hello Mr. Benjamin. I am Dr. Haldert. I am the one who conducted the procedure for you as Melrik had some emergency." To Benjamin the voice was that of a thunder. His senses had been improved. He was getting too much data into his brain. He was overwhelmed. Suddenly Dr. Haldert's hands began to glow and Ben felt better. The doctor continued " Your senses have been sharpened and you will have some problem adjusting to that. I have used my powers to put a seal on it. Your energy absorption capabilities have also been sealed. All these will be released gradually as you adjust to the new power you are carrying. Congratulations, your implantation procedure has been completed successfully. You are now eligible to walk the path of a martial. Of course you can turn to other professions as well." Ben was still sleepy. But he still said " Thank you. I will walk the path of a martial." The doctor smiled. So did the head of the facility.

Soon Ben was put in a spacious room where his belongings were already kept. There were some machines tied to his wrists and ankles. It was really slim and did not cause many problems. He began to do some basic exercises. He actually wanted to do the exercises form the 'Agastya Parvam'. But decided against it. He began to do some push-ups, Pull-ups etc… after some warm up. While doing the exercises he was also meditating on the visualization and breathing methods. He did the exercises for about 2 hours. He did not feel much fatigue at all. At about 7 pm in the evening he received the dinner. By that time he had freshened up. His school device also was there with his belongings. He checked his school folder and there were some works that had to be done. ' Not giving me a break huh. Man what a bummer. I have to submit all these before tomorrow midnight. I will call my parents and then begin.' He called his parents and began told them that the martial seed implantation was successful and there was no need to fear. Thy were obviously happy.
