Vanessa looked around the backstage where several parents dressed as models to walk on the stage pretty soon. The past few days had been a rollercoaster of one task or the other. 


After their argument, they had gone on a lunch date and she witnessed the other side of Roarke. They had both enjoyed each other's company, flirted and formed a truce to let things slide and see the better side of each other, well, more like the better and more tolerable side of him. 


His grimly and boring attitude was gradually dissipating. They had talked about the school event at length. The art show will be done by Ari who will sketch as many parents and guests as she can. To further help her practice, Nessa and Ari has been frequenting a shop that deals with art supplies to horn her skill even if it's for a short while and also work on ideas, they were sometimes joined by Roarke.
