Disappointing

As soon as Asura's voice fell, he immediately dashed forward.

When he reappeared, he was already in front of us with his three pairs of arms raised at the same time.

All of us suddenly jumped back and out of the way, making it out of the way of his hands slamming down. But the force of him smashing his hands down like this was certainly not small as it cracked the ground under him.

Three different smashes created three different cracks that built on each other.

It was just small cracks with the first hit, then medium sized cracks with the second, before finally forming large gashes in the ground with the third hit.

Was this because each hit was stronger than the last?

No, I could see that it was because each hit was causing the damage from before to multiply and damage the ground even more, which was causing the cracks to become bigger.

It wasn't that each hit was stronger, it was just that each hit was aimed at the exact same spot.
