When Silas left the house, Tabitha frowned because she was disappointed. She went to sit on one of the couches in the living room, telling herself to keep ignoring Silas until he fell out of love with her and listened to his family.
She believed that she did not deserve the sacrifice he was about to make with her by following his heart.
But as much as she wanted to keep him away, she just didn't understand why she craved him. She didn't know why she missed him so much even when they were living in the same house.
Tabitha didn't know why she always waited for Silas to come to her and when he did not show up, she found herself feeling extremely dissatisfied and hurt.
She still did not understand why she hadn't left his house and why she still felt so attached to Silas.
Silas left the house for a walk. It was time he got it into his head that Tabitha didn't love him and might never even love him.
