Chapter161-How Will You Kill Me?

At the gates of Sinner Level 8, a sharp whip lashes against the body of a headless man. 

The mercenary captain stands beside the corpse, laughing maniacally as he eyes the fearful citizens of Sinner Level 8. 

He proclaims loudly, "The era under the rule of Lord Kayle is over. From now on, I will reign over all of Sinner Level 8. None of you can defy my will, or you'll end up just like your beloved former lord."

The townsfolk, their eyes filled with fear, couldn't muster the courage to resist. 

Although Lord Kayle had been kind to the people of Sinner Level 8, the tyrannical rule of the mercenary captain left them feeling utterly powerless.

In the face of such a high-level awakener, any attempt at rebellion by ordinary folks would lead to only one outcome: death.
