Special Treatment

At the Royanne manor, she was waiting for good news from the assassin she had sent to kill Jillian. She hadn't really told her to eliminate the woman, but at least Jillian was in great pain and fear because someone had come to kill her.

She wanted Jillian to live with both hands severed or perhaps blind so that she could no longer stare at Royanne with that annoying gaze.

"Good morning, Lady Royanne," greeted a loyal servant.

"Oh Soza, tell me that the man did it. Tell me every detail of the fear that the commoner woman felt in all her agony," Royanne pleaded as she sipped her tea.

Soza seemed hesitant to tell her what really happened, but eventually she opened her mouth about it.

"The man we sent to kill that woman... is dead, Lady Royanne," he said fearfully.

"WHAT?!"

Instantly Royanne's screams could be heard throughout the room, the other servants and even the musicians stopped in their tracks to hear her scream like that.
