Chapter 11.6

A few days ago [Back in chapter 8]

?; sir, there's someone who wants to speak with you upstairs.

Bachira; alright then, bring them here.

Then Itona walked back into Bachira's hideout. 

Bachira then sent everyone away, locked the door and said; It seems you were smarter than I thought, coming back here that is.

Itona; I just came here to get info, nothing else. 

Bachira; and how where you so sure I wouldn't just kill you the second you stepped back in here?

Itona; because you and I want the same thing, the destruction of black rose that is.

Bachira; and how did you find out about that?

Itona; two weeks ago, I was attacked by an assassin, or more accurately, he was trying to attack, but just before he did I beat him and made him tell me everything he knew, however there was something that didn't make sense to me, he knew too much. It was mostly info about a guy named Bachira and how he was abused by the clan for years but also something about Hamato that got my ears ringing. I tried to interrogate him more on that, however it seemed that he didn't know much about it, no matter how many times I tried to get it out of him, but he did tell me that this Bachira person might know more.

Bachira; I see. And how are you so sure that this person was me?

Itona; simple, while you were talking earlier so sounded like someone brimming with hatred, just like someone I know, but 10000 times worse, and it didn't feel like it was pointed toward Tom's dad, no, it was definitely pointed toward something else.

Also, the guy that brought me here also mentioned your name on the way.

Bachira; I see, so what is it that you would like to know?

Itona; Hamato Tsukuyomi, tell me all you know.

Bachira; He's currently the ex-fiancé of Sihai, the current grand assassin.

Itona; I see, so how's their relationship right now. 

Bachira; he's still deeply in love with her, he plans to destroy Black rose, and run away with her in the end.

Itona; ok, and?

Bachira; She was the one who ordered the death of your father.

Itona, shocked; wtf

Bachira; shocking isn't it? The man who's been training you this all time, has been trying to save the woman who ordered your father's death.

Itona; How did you…

Bachira; did you seriously think that it was by chance that a random assassin would attack you and have curtail information that you desperately needed?

Itona; *so I was right, all of this was arranged* And I assume you didn't just come to talk to me directly because you didn't want to get found out?

Bachira; cleaver.

Itona; well now, since I've been played for a fool these past 2 months, I guess a deal is in order.

Bachira; agreed.

The day before chapter 11, at about 4:20pm, Bachira was in a field within the Tsukuyomi estate, where he stalked the Tsukuyomi clan's strongest man. It was usually used for training and archery from time to time.

Bachira; Hey, Riomen.

Riomen; did they not teach you respect you little brat?

Bachira; yeah, yeah, whatever. Listen, you know those ranked 4th and above can challenge anyone above them and their opponents have to agree right?

Riomen; so I take it you want to see your end today?

Bachira; no, I just want to see yours. *good, I just made him really angry, now I'm sure he won't hold back. *

Riomen; well then, you've brought this on yourself.

Riomen then brought out a chain he had brought with him to the field and began swinging it at Bachira, while Bachira dodged each swing.

Bachira; *he's very fast, as expected of him, but…*

Bachira then ran to him with an attack of his own, but it was blocked instantly, and then came an attack from above in which Bachira narrowly dodged. 

Riomen, from foot to head was 7ft 2inches and weighed over 350 pounds and all of that is pure muscle, he could break rocks and bend steel with ease, meanwhile Bachira was only 5ft 7inches, and weighed about 190 pounds making this an epic fight of David vs Goliath.

Bachira; *if I didn't dodge that attack just now, I'd certainly be dead, it seems that height is in no way hindrance to him. I guess I'll have to stop pulling punches. *

Bachira then ran toward a shed, where bows and arrows where kept, he grabbed one that was leaning on it, and began to fire them at Riomen, however he began to doge them one by one and then then Bachira began to run toward him with bow in hand. He then fired two arrows consecutively, one Riomen dodged, the other he grabbed and then Bachira jumped and using all his might, hit Riomen on the head with the bow. And when he tried to grab the bow from Bachira, he kicked him twice, ran to his back and then kicked the back of each knee before kicking him in the head. But then he then stood up and looked at him.

Bachira; I see, so you're an irregular aren't you? It doesn't matter if you are superhuman or not, no one could have taken that hit and still be conscious.

Riomen; …

Bachira; So that's how it is, it doesn't matter, I'll end this in 2 minutes. 

Bachira then ran toward Riomen but then without hesitation Riomen swung his fist to him, throwing Bachira back 4 meters.

Bachira; if that's the best you got, it's still damn weak.

Then Bachira ran toward him and again, Riomen swung his fist but this time Bachira dodged it. 

Bachira; *did you seriously think you could use the same trick twice? *

But then Riomen gave him a knee strike straight to the gut, Bachira then took a few steps back, looked at Riomen and said,

  Let's end this.

Then they both began to give each other a barrage of punches, each trying to tire out the other, even though Bachira dodged most of the blows, Riomen took every last one. Then for a brief moment, the barrage stopped, then both of them clenched their fist and moved them back before swinging it at each other's faces. But before it landed, Bachira kicked Riomen in the groin, then jumped grabbed his head, head-butt him, before jumping again grabbed his head and slamming him to the ground. However, when the dust settled, it was Riomen who was on top and Bachira's face was slammed into the ground. Then Riomen walked away, knowing he didn't have enough energy to finish him off. 

-Estimated time elapsed; 2 minutes after Bachira made that statement.

A shadowy figure began to approach Bachira.

Bachira, while looking up to the sky; So that was Riomen's power…

I was right, I'm far stronger than I thought, the fact that I'm still alive right now proves it. If I had used "that" then it would have been over much quicker. 

?; so, have you decided yet?

Bachira; yes, I'll join you.

?; good to hear. We'll be waiting for you.
