Gone Fishin'

One day, Aether and Lumine were gathering crates from the harbour and delivering them to Liyue. They soon got tired of running back and forth and set their crates near their tents as they headed off to sleep. But when they woke up, they'd discovered that they were gone. "Who took our crates?" said Aether. "It's probably Hu Tao playing another prank on us" replied Lumine. "But Hu Tao's making groceries, so it couldn't possibly be her" responded Aether. Diluc soon arrived and he saw very strange looking footprints. "That must've be Fischl" he said. "A who'schl?" asked Aether. "I think he said a sigil" answered Lumine. "Silly, sigils can't take crates, I think he said that some fish had taken them, and you know what's weird, you had a whole fish inside your bag yesterday, so it must've rebelled and took our crates" "Bro, what are you talking about, I didn't do it" "You did!" "I didn't!" "Enough quarreling, you two" chuckled Diluc. "Listen, here's what you're gonna do" And then he whispered something to the twins, they just snickered mischievously as they went away. "But we need to dress alike, so Aether, wear my spare dress so that we could fool her" suggested Lumine. "What no, I'm not gonna fool her and promote feminism at the same time!" Aether said crossly. "Oh, suit yourself then, I like dressing more masculine" said Lumine sweetly. It took quite a while but they finally noticed the Electro near the bridge with the mine carrying their crates. Lumine came on her right side. "Do you need anything?" asked the Electro. "Yes, I want my crates back" "These are mine, so stop fooling" said the Electro. "Fine, but you'll be sorry" threatened Lumine. Then Aether came on her left side and just shouted, "Crate stealer!" This kept going on until the Electro's eyes nearly popped out her sockets. "Stop, you're making me dizzy, are there two of you?" "Yes" responded Aether. "We're twins" finished Lumine. "Well I'll be" Presently, Xingqiu came by, he needed to go back but they were blocking the way. "Aether and Lumine, what are playing at now?" he scolded. "We weren't playing, this sigil stole our crates without asking, even you know to ask before taking them" they said. "There's no need for rudeness, her name is Fischl von Luftschloss Narfidort" he announced. "Oh we're sorry, Ms. uh-" Nevermind, just called me Fischl-" But suddenly, fish poured all over the twins and Xingqiu. "What was that?!" the twins exclaimed. "Oh, I'm sorry, I don't know why but whenever I say my own name out loud, fish tend to rain all over the let's in which who I am talking to, my parents say it's a jinx, but I don't know why I have it" Fischl explained, while the twins just giggled. "Alright, now Aether and Lumine, go get Fischl's crates then your own" Xingqiu ordered. "Those two are-" "Maddening" laughed Xingqiu. "I know, but they mean no harm, you'll get used to them" "I hope so too" chuckled Fischl. Next day, all the Pyros talking of nothing else besides Fischl. "Watch out for Fischl" joked Hu Tao. "Aether and Lumine say she'll have you go fishing" she told the others. Meanwhile, the twins were having complications of their own, they didn't know whose wagons were whose. "Those are mine wagons!" said Lumine. "No, they're mine!" said Aether. Xingqiu observed their argument. "For pity's sake, if you two keep on arguing, it's only gonna result in-" But Aether and Lumine both jumped at the wagons and broke them. "Trouble" sighed Xingqiu in disappointment. A few hours later, the twins had to deliver several wagons uphill, Fischl came to help. "So you wanna tie them all together or go individually?" asked Fischl. "Obviously, tie them together" the twins said, they were still cross. "Well, come on, I'll be in front and you'll go back" "No, we'll go in front, we know how to climb Xiangling's Hill better than you!" "Oh, well, let's carry on then" said Fischl. The three were reaching the top of the hill when Fischl was slowly getting exhausted. "Come on, Fischl, it shouldn't be this hard-" "Oh, damnit!" she realized, and even more fish rained down on the twins, they broke the rope and the twins came rolling down the hill. "Help!" they cried. Fischl held on with all her might as she was scraping the hill with her heels until the twins finally gained control. "Thanks!" said the twins happily. "Anytime!" responded Fischl. That night, the twins came and spoke to Fischl. "You know, my old friends used to call me Amy, I didn't like it at first, but they didn't want to be swimming in fish, so I gave in" Fischl said. "Alright then, Amy, and we're sorry we've been rude to you" the twins said. "It's alright, now sweet dreams, my loves" And she kissed them both on the forehead then she went to sleep, leaving the twins both blushing brightly.
