The Amphisbaena

Next morning, Bell decided to go to the Great Library. There he was looking for the books associated with monsters between the 18th floor and the 30th floor. While he was searching for the books, he met Eina. She was there to take some books as well.

She almost shouted his name when she saw him. She was really shocked to see that he was alive. She never expected him to come back. Bell was so glad to see her too. She is now the assistant manager of the guild. So she has some free time in the evening.

Bell explained how he escaped from death and all. He also said that he had made a contract with Jupiter. Then Bell put forward his plan to explore the dungeon. But she insisted him to stop dreaming about the dungeon. Bell hesitated. After many trials of conversation, he finally convinced her to help him achieve his dream of being a hero. 

Then Eina selected the required books for Bell. Then she recommended him to read the certain chapters of the books. Eina spent all the night teaching him about the monsters that appear in the 27th floor. Then they went out to have some dinner. After dinner Bell accompanied her to house. Like wise this continued for 4 days. 

The fourth day, night time, while escorting Eina to her home, Eina recommended him to find a party so that he can join. She asked him not to solo the dungeon as she pointed out that he had very low experience with it. Then she asked him not to do something stupid and make her worry. He promised not to do so.

Next morning,

 Bell went to Hestia Familia. He asked Ryu for help. He wanted to explore the 27th floor. Ryu was so busy with the paper work and all. So she appointed Nina to help Bell. She is Eina's sister. She is a level 3 member. Then Welf volunteered himself to come alone as he wanted to collect some materials. 

Bell and others easily made through the middle floors. They reached Rivira. They rested for sometime in Rivira and resumed their journey. Bell was new to the floors beyond 20. Welf and Nina explained about various monsters, precautions, drop items and their values etc. along the way. They finally reached the water city in the 24th floor. 

There Bell encounters various monsters. Thanks to his level 6 status and the information Eina gave him, he was able to do well. Then Welf and Nina were able to collect many valuable items. Nina was shocked to see Bell's power. She was motivated by his way of approach to the dungeon. While Bell is trying to explore the floor more carefully, studying about each monster, drop items, various dos and don'ts. They reached the 27th floor. 

Then the floor rumbled. Then the floor boss Amphisbaena showed up irregularly. Bell and others were forced to fight the monster. Nina and Welf had some tough time defeating the other monsters that responded to the floor boss. Bell was calm. He already knew what this monster capable of from Eina. Bell float around and started attacking with his black sword. 

It tried to catch him several times. Thanks to his high agility he escaped each time. Then it uses it's blue flames to burn everything around it. Bell's ring absorbs the blue flames. Bell used his fire ball on it. Then it uses it's red mist which neutralizes the magic. Welf created a ice platform so that his friends can stand on it. It attacked them from under the water. Nina almost got eaten alive. Then Bell saved her from it's mouth. 

Bell decided to use the spear. He charged the spear while dodging it's fire attack. Then it went under the water to hide. Bell charged the spear for three minutes. He float high in the air, then activated flash. He can clearly see the monster from above. He dived into the water and went straight for the monster who was hiding under the water. A load explosion occurred under water. The water in the river blown upwards. 

This attack killed Amphisbaena. It also killed most of the fish monsters in that river as well. Bell swim back to the surface. He was all wet. Then they get the drop item and left that place. Nina thanked him for saving her. She was so happy to see him come back with no injuries. Now she had a crush on him.

They returned to Rivira. They rented some rooms and waited until their clothes dried. After that they came back to the surface. They sell the drop items in the guild and shared the money. Bell thanked both Welf and Nina for helping him. He said that he will repay them one day. Welf and Nina went back to health mansion. 

Bell was about to go to his place. Then Eina stopped him from behind. She made him to gave a detailed report. Eina got angry at Bell who fought the Amphisbaena straight on. But she was glad that he came back alive. Bell treat Eina for helping him with the information. Some of the people misunderstood them for couples. This made Eina blush. Jupiter was angry as hell with Bell for hitting on girls while she is still inside him. 

Then after the lecture for the day, Bell escorted Eina to her home. Eina invited Bell to her room. Jupiter got jealous of Eina. Bell spent some time with Eina. Both of them shared coffee and talked about his future plans. Eina get to know that Bell is so focused on getting stronger and he desperately wanted to become a hero. Eina encouraged him. After spending sometime together Bell said good night to Eina and went back to his place. On the way Bell had trouble dealing with his Jealous girlfriend, Jupiter.
