Reunion of legends

The sign next to the gate sent memories flowing through my head. "From hell I arrive and to heavens I retrieve the knowledge I desire."

"That line it can't be, who would have thought it, the rumors are true."

I walk through the grand gates, kids walk past giving me odd stares. The trees froshing the path guide you to the big main school building. The doors are large and made of expensive metals. A man wearing thick antique sunglasses steps out in front of me.

"Sir, I think I've seen you before, what's your name?"

"Never met you."

He frowns.

"Of course not."

"Listen kid I never forget a face, if I knew you then there's probably a reason I forgot."

"Yes we have met, but don't think anything about it."

He stepped out my way with a grin.

'What a loser.'

I walk through the gigantic doors. A new man almost my height stepped in front of me.

"What now?"

"The principal wants to see you."

He said no more and started walking down the hall. His footsteps are silent yet I sense almost no strength from him. 'My guess captain rank two.' I start to follow him step by soundless step. He stops before a door.

"You can go in." The man informs.

I open the door. A voice comes from the inside.

"So why did you call me here?" Grant asked.

'That voice.'

"Haa, you arrived, Boss." Saints hand said with joy.

The red head turned to look at the door in confusion, but as soon as he caught sight of his face he fell to his knees full of tears.

"Boooooosssssseeeeeee!" Grant screamed in excitement.

"Jorge, Jonny? You're alive!" The old giant almost joined Grant on the floor with tears.

"Sorry old friend, we don't go by those names anymore." Saints Hand explained.

"But how, I was sure you two died." I ask.

"Friend, many of us couldn't have been more sure that you perished."

"But, but." I couldn't help but stutter with all the tears pouring from his eyes. "Why didn't you try to conform, I have been searching for you guys for decades?"

"That's where your mistaken old friend, we had no choice." Grant looks at Saints hand in confusion. "I had no choice, someone has been watching us, looking for you. James, they want you dead, why I have no idea."

"We could have just killed them, like in the old days."

"No, not this time, not them. It's the devil's, signs say they're coming." Saint sighs. "The worshipers must be targeting big threats before they come."

"Devil's?" Grant murmurs.

"Worshipers cant kill me, expressly with you guys."

"Wrong again, there high up, in guilds, heroes, governments, knights, and more. How many men of king and emperor rank can you kill, ten, thirty, how about hundreds of general ranks?"

I eyed Saints in anger.

"So by making this school, and gathering the best talents. You plan to confront them."

"That's correct." He pulses and checks his watch. "I set up agents all around the country to slowly funnel promising students in. I traveled the globe picking the perfect teachers."

"Then what's with the boy out there."

Saints hand smiles.

"He is just like his father."

"What do you mean by that?"
