The Rumor of the Bet and Visit

"It's strange that Sam's brother is a bully; I never thought that guy could turn out to be an idiot like the ones we encountered as kids," Devon said as she entered the Sakura Bushido school.

Dash, following her, nodded and said, "It's not that strange if you think about it. He just wanted to fit in with a group of idiotic friends, and that's it."

"We have important news!" Victor signaled from a distance, and everyone gathered to hear what he had to say.

"Every time Victor says that, I want to train my new moves with him." Dash muttered, remembering that last time, he recommended banana-flavored condoms.

But no matter what he says, Victor always has a huge group of listeners. So when he said he had something important to say, many immediately approached to hear clearly.

"For external news, the new dojo that will open is one of Cobra Kai, but the important thing is that it will be led by another man completely unrelated to the one we know. And as if that weren't enough, there's a bet between the two dojos, and the one that wins will keep the name Cobra Kai."

Saying this, Victor adjusted his belt and pointed, "That fight hasn't happened yet, but if the current Cobra Kai loses, they will have to change the name of their karate school."

"That's crazy!"

"Does anyone know when the fight will be?"

"I'm sure they'll win; what's all the fuss about?"

Everyone did not enter into a debate; after all, it's difficult to know who would fight for the new Cobra Kai.

"Does that make sense?" Devon asked with furrowed brows.

Dash shook his head and said, "It doesn't make any sense. Why would Johnny risk something that is practically his?"

"In that case, if he's fighting for something that is his, that means it's not entirely his." Devon came to this conclusion, recalling Sensei Lawrence's methods.

Dash nodded, looked at Victor, and signaled for everyone to return to their training. "Knowing Johnny, he probably didn't have his trademark registered in his name, and the one challenging him practically stole it."

"Solving business problems with fights is not the best idea; this is going in an uncontrollable direction," Antoni said, appearing like a ghost behind Victor.

"Stop appearing behind me; that's creepy."

Dash went to change without saying a word about the qualities of his comrades. After changing clothes, he left the dressing room, and at that moment, a boy came running.

"Captain! Captain! Captain!"

"Oh, that nickname..." Dash wanted to turn around, but he was stopped by some boys.

"A kid is bothering him, saying he's going to train him personally, so we just came to ask if that's true."

Dash remembered Kenny and, after thinking about what he had told him the day before, nodded. "Oh, yes, bring him to the second floor."

"Yes, Captain!"
