A Dog

"Danny, the dog, as many call him, is a boy who has been trained since childhood to be a hitman," Terry thought, looking at his adoptive son.

"Can we start fighting?"

"What an idiot! Don't you know the rules of a tournament? When I knock all your teeth out, then you can study the rules."

Danny's casual tone made Hawk feel like an idiot. Who exactly was he fighting against? No matter how much of an idiot he might be, this should be a pretty strong opponent to have the intention of challenging Cobra Kai Dojo and snatching the throne from them.

"I've never fought with tournament rules; there are no rules on the street."

"Then fight!"

Boom!

Hawk stared threateningly at Danny. Suddenly, his right foot jutted out as every part of his body pulsed with strength, causing his body to tense and his breathing to become softer.

The fact that he was the first chosen to fight Danny was because Johnny believed he could defeat him. However, even if he didn't, Hawk had the skills to force Danny to show a good portion of his abilities, revealing to Miguel and Robby who they were up against.

Moreover, Hawk, by merely considering Danny an idiot, did not immediately label him as weak. He had been suffering defeats despite being strong, not because he was weak but because the enemies he faced were very strong. Therefore, from that moment on, he had stopped underestimating enemies, no matter who he faced.

Hawk had a lot of battle experience, but Danny, who had always fought street battles, was a machine for taking down enemies much stronger and larger than him. Therefore, if Hawk made the slightest mistake, it would be easy for them to finish him off without even throwing a punch.

That's why Hawk's expression was filled with cold emotions.

And what Terry told Hawk that Danny was strong was because, no matter how much he teased him, Danny maintained a calm expression without showing any serious emotion.

When he entered battle mode, the anger in Hawk's eyes quickly dissipated. In its place was a cold and calculating tone, like a cunning predator considering all possibilities with its prey.

In response to Hawk's behavior, Danny narrowed his eyes slightly. He finally understood the difference between a professional fight and a street fight. He knew that professionals were much smarter than the idiots he had defeated on the street, accompanying his uncle.

He had always thought he was someone special for fighting at such a young age. However, when he met Terry, he showed him children who trained just like him and taught him that he had been focusing on the wrong places. Now that he could focus his skills on sports, he knew things would get better and he would be happier.

Danny's thoughts were passing through his mind when Hawk chose to attack him directly. His movement was quick, much faster due to his footwork, which made him move rapidly, carrying an intimidating aura. Hawk's right fist was clenched, attacking directly at Danny's chest.

Hawk's punch seemed simple and ordinary, as if he wanted to test Danny's defenses before making any other abrupt moves.

Boom!

Hawk's ordinary punch echoed with a loud thud and seemed very forceful. While feeling Hawk's formidable attack, which seemed simple, Danny's calm gaze didn't change as he received the blow on his hands. Despite normally receiving strong attacks, he had discovered a way to reduce the impact force.

In terms of strength, Hawk was by no means weak, but Danny, who had been fighting since he could remember, was a complete monster, and once he started, he rarely stopped. Therefore, when Hawk initiated the fight, Danny responded as well.

Boom!

Hawk's eyes widened in surprise when a kick struck his arms. Fortunately, he reacted quickly and blocked the attack. Seeing Hawk block his blow, an indifferent look passed through Danny's eyes, and with a quick jerk, he touched almost instantly while lunging forward.

"Ready!"

While countering Danny's formidable attack, Hawk's defenses couldn't withstand his blows, which were weak but strangely powerful.

Immediately, without giving Hawk a second to breathe, Danny attacked again.

Faced with Danny's extremely aggressive assault, Hawk quickly retreated. Meanwhile, he tried to find some familiarity between Danny's attacks, which seemed anything but a Karate style.

"Who the hell is this guy?"
