The Inspectors Have Arrived

When the tournament ended, the dojos in the valley were never the same again, not since Cobra Kai was crowned the champion of this year's all-valley tournament.

"We're very pleased to be able to speak with you, Mr. Hale. How is Sakura Bushido doing in this part of the world?" One of the inspectors named Stuart met with Dash, who was practically the owner of one of the most important dojos in the world for the past five years.

In a spacious room at the Sakura Bushido martial arts school, Dash met with the inspectors who had come to talk to them about the dojos that would be participants in the Sekai Takai.

"We're doing quite well, much better than we expected several years ago when we opened an exclusive school in this place that no one has talked about," Dash said as he walked towards a display case to take an expensive bottle of wine.

With these people, if you treat them well, they might even ignore what wine they're drinking, which can be very advantageous at times.

"In all the states, except one, we couldn't find more notable martial arts schools. We had to hold a tournament to find a suitable one and thus found three out of five on this continent," a man named Gunter commented with a slightly tired expression.

Dash didn't expect martial arts school inspectors to come to this place since he certainly hadn't called them, and he didn't think Johnny or even Daniel had.

"A certain Terry Silver wants us to evaluate his dojo, claiming it's the best in the country. Of course, knowing it was located near one of your branches, we wanted to hear your opinion."

Now everything made sense; it wasn't at all common for evaluators from the best mixed martial arts tournament in the world to come just on a whim. There must have been a probable cause, and it seemed Terry had triggered it.

It wasn't bad at all; it was a good move to expand his dominion, but wanting to win that tournament is dreaming big.

"Can you tell us something about that karate school?" Gunter was interested in what Dash could say about this school, which was in the same place as his.

What could Dash say right now?

Dash didn't mind denying entry to Karate schools because whether they deserved it or not was not his problem.

"What can I say? The best schools in the world will participate in your tournament; the Sekai Takai is not a game, but I'm sure there are two great dojos that meet your expectations," Dash said, having an idea about it.

Gunter became interested, listening to the story of the new wave of martial arts in this place. Knowing that there was so much rivalry between two specific dojos, he wanted to know if both were worthy of participating in this championship.

In the end, no matter how many martial arts schools participate, what matters is the quality of their fighters and how far they will go in the eliminations.

Dash had heard stories of dojos that didn't even make it past the eliminations and mixed martial arts schools that couldn't see the light beyond the eliminations, and that was common.

"So we'll go by your words."

Before the evaluators left, Dash asked, "Do you think I could be in the final decision?"

"Of course, we would appreciate the company." Gunter smiled and nodded friendly.

So that would be all. Dash wanted to know what this man's decision would be regarding choosing Terry or Daniel; it would be very interesting to see.
