FLAW: FIFTY-TWO

ALEX POV

Climbing the mountain was not my thing, but I had no choice since the Burnial Camp was on the side of the mountain. We needed to walk two kilometers before we could arrive at the place. We couldn't even use our car since there was no road for vehicles to get there. So, we really had no choice.

Everyone was gasping for air. The holes in their noses were widening to get more air. But I was still impressed by Dao and Sky, who seemed not tired at all. You couldn't see any signs of fatigue on their faces. How they looked down below was exactly how they looked now.

"This is my second time climbing this mountain, but I'm still not used to it," commented Trisha, almost crawling due to exhaustion.

"Maybe we should take a short break," Maica suggested. Everyone agreed, so they all stopped. Some of us sat down, while a few chose to remain standing.

"Who even thought of putting up a camp on the side of the mountain?" Calli questioned as she fanned herself with her hands.
