Chapter 180: Red flowers

The cold air and snowflakes that had accompanied our journey through the snowy landscape had finally been left behind. After walking for several more hours, we managed to leave the snow-covered biome behind and found ourselves surrounded by a completely different landscape: a forest of trees in varied colors, typical of the autumn season. The change was as abrupt as it was beautiful, and we marveled at how the trees displayed shades of red, gold, and orange, creating a spectacle of vibrant colors that contrasted with the previous whiteness.

The trees were of a more typical size, and the leaves detached from their branches to be carried by the wind in a delicate aerial ballet before gently descending to the ground. It was as if the forest were celebrating the arrival of autumn, offering a display of natural beauty.
