Chapter 6: We're screwed, Teacher!

"Why are you disguised as me?" asked Ai.

"Um, you see..." muttered Shimizu.

This is messed up. We are now in a tough situation. A teacher is currently caught in action in the middle of a date with her student. The teacher was caught by none other than her student-slash-sister.

"Um..." mourned Mei Shimizu.

She turned towards me and looked at me with her cute puppy eyes. As if asking me to help her in this situation. I closed my eyes and grinned at my lips. Her eyes immediately shone, and she was filled with hope. Alright, Mei Shimizu, I'll let you know how smooth I can be.

"Your sister asked me to help her buy some underwear. I also had the time, so I thought, 'Why not?'" I said without any hesitation.

The atmosphere took a sudden turn. The Shimizu sisters eyes are filled with disappointment and disgust at my words. They inclined their heads and avoided looking at me. Mei Shimizu clenched her fist and tilted her head to look at me. She's wearing an angry expression and has punched me in the face.

The punch came so fast towards me that I didn't have enough time to dodge. My body twisted around the air, and I fell to the ground. Women usually slap people when they're mad, but Mei Shimizu went for a punch. This is the first time I've been punched by a girl. And it hurts!

"Why did you punch me?!" I screamed.

"Sister, seriously, why are you with this guy?" asked Ai Shimizu.

"I honestly have no idea!" screamed Mei Shimizu.

Ai Shimizu turned her head left and right. Observing the crowd that was gathering around us and listening to every word that came out of our mouths.

"Let's take this somewhere else," said Ai Shimizu.

"I agree," said Mei Shimizu.

Mei Shimizu went towards me and grabbed my left arm with her right hand. She pulled me up from the ground and supported me as I stood up.

"Let's go," said Mei Shimizu.

"Fine," I replied.

.

.

The three of us went to a family restaurant so we could also have our lunch. It's currently 1:24 p.m., based on the watch that I'm wearing. We sat at a table for four people, with a table in the middle and seats at both ends. The Shimizu sisters sat beside each other while I sat alone, facing the two of them. The three of us are looking at the menu, and I'm still wondering why they got mad at my answer earlier.

My sister has always used that kind of reason to bring me outside. I'm an indoor person, and I don't go outside when I don't have any business to attend to. The reason she always tells me to go to the mall is to help her pick her underwear. Which is something a normal brother would do for his sister. Or so I thought.

"Hey, how long are you going to stare at that menu?" asked Mei Shimizu.

I turned my eyes into hers and saw she's looking at me as if she had already decided what she'd order. They really are different; they're twins, but they have different personalities. Mei is the loud one, but Ai is the exact opposite; she's the quiet one. But when I looked at their faces like this, I realized that they really had the same face.

"Please hurry up," said Ai Shimizu.

She's biting the straw that's in her glass of water. It seems that both of them have already decided on their order because their menu is already laid out on the table. So I looked at mine once again and finally decided on my order.

We rang the bell that's in the middle of our table, and the waiter came to our spot. She took our orders and made her way back. I held my glass of water and looked at the two of them. I slowly lifted the glass and took a sip.

"Sorry, Shimizu, it seems what I did earlier is wrong," I said.

"Which Shimizu?" asked the two of them, synchronized.

I looked at them and noticed that they had their hands pointing to themselves. Oh, right, they have the same surname. Wait, how should I call them then?

"Um, I meant you, the teacher," I said.

"Oh, I'm also sorry for punching you. But how did you even come up with that kind of excuse?" asked Mei Shimizu.

"Well, that's the excuse my sister always tells me to go with her to the mall. So I thought it might work," I said.

The two were dumbfounded by the words that I just said. They slowly turned to each other and laughed. I turned my eyes away from them and picked up my glass of water to hide my embarrassment.

"Wh—who would even think of something like that as an excuse?!" screamed Mei Shimizu while laughing hysterically.

Ai Shimizu is also laughing, but she is trying to maintain her laughter gracefully. She's covering her mouth with her hands to hide her expression.

"Well, I can't come up with an excuse on the spot. Normally, on a day like this, I just spend my whole day studying and reading books," I said.

"Really?" asked Ai with a bit of a surprised tone in her voice.

"Yeah," I said.

That's right. On a beautiful day like this, I spend my time studying and reading books. And if I'm in the mood, I play games to relax. It's the first time for me to go on a date with a girl such as Mei Shimizu.

"So let's get straight to the point. What were the two of you doing?" asked Ai Shimizu.

The two of us squirmed around, hesitating to answer her question. Mei Shimizu slowly looked into my eyes and gave me a nod. I replied to her by nodding as well. As if to give her permission that it's probably okay to tell Ai.

"The two of us..." muttered Mei Shimizu.

She paused for a bit and closed her eyes, gathering her courage to tell Ai why we were here in the first place.

"The two of us are in the middle of a date!" said Mei Shimizu.

Great job, Shimizu! You did your best! It's probably hard to tell her something like this considering the situation we're in.

"Date? Are the two of you going out?" asked Ai Shimizu.

"No, we're not going out," I answered.

"Sister, you probably know that what the two of you are doing is unethical. A teacher and a student can't have a sexual relationship, even if the two of you are the same age. If the school finds out about this, you'll be in trouble," said Ai.

Mei Shimizu couldn't reply to Ai's words. She knows what we are doing will stain her career and might ruin her reputation. I'm also probably in the wrong for inviting her on a date such as this one.

What Ai Shimizu just said is also right. Regardless of the age or intelligence of the individuals involved, laws and educational policies are in place to protect the well-being and safety of students. Engaging in such a relationship is considered unethical, and it can have serious consequences for the teacher, including legal implications and professional repercussions.

"I'm sorry for troubling you; I'll stop—"

"What? I didn't tell you guys to stop, though. I'm just telling you guys the consequences that will happen. I'm not telling you to stop," said Ai Shimizu.

I didn't get to even finish my words because Ai Shimizu interrupted me in the middle of it. Hm? Huh? What did she just say?

"Hey, Ai!" said Mei Shimizu.

"Shut it, sister," said Ai Shimizu.

The atmosphere around us suddenly changed. The mood that's surrounding Ai Shimizu has taken a huge turn. Her personality is different compared to the one she uses in school. Ai Shimizu slowly looked at me straight in the eyes.

"You see, I also have needs. So I would like the two of you to continue this relationship, or else. I'll be the one to rat you out to the authorities," said Ai Shimizu.

Her tone suddenly changed. From quiet to powerful. She's giving absurd orders, such as continuing this unethical relationship. Either way, even if we follow her or not, we're screwed.
