My perfect zoo

I woke up to a morning filled with unwelcome guests: cockroaches and the scent of urine. As I groggily glanced around, mistaking Mrs. Lawrence's cat for a skeleton, I stumbled down the stairs, crashing into the door and somehow managing to launch myself out the window. Yes, you read that correctly—I flew out the window by slamming into the door.

Realizing my plot armor was fading with the internet outage, I begrudgingly made my way to the library in search of something to occupy my time. Amid the stacks, I stumbled upon a fascinating book about Bigfoot and entertained the idea of creating my own zoo of monstrous creatures. A survivor van equipped with cameras seemed like the perfect vehicle for documenting my wild endeavor in a world devoid of humans but brimming with curiosity.

Inspired by the SCP Foundation's containment protocols, I envisioned a secured area where I could safely observe the creatures I captured. With determination fueling my adventure, I set out to acquire supplies, starting with a survivor truck and a formidable arsenal of weapons. An armored RV became my next target, though I lamented the absence of TV shows to binge-watch in my downtime.

Putting aside my frustrations, I embarked on a montage of gathering supplies from every store in the county, stocking up on rifles, tools, and everything in between. At the RV lot, I meticulously selected the perfect vehicle for my monster-hunting escapade, envisioning it as both a containment area and a makeshift petting zoo. Admittedly inexperienced in caring for animals, my track record extended to a goldfish that barely lasted a week.

After securing the RV and settling in for the night, I resumed my work the next morning, fashioning makeshift defenses and customizing the vehicle to suit my needs. Despite my mediocre construction skills and the challenges of being only 14, I persisted, determined to make the best of my resources. A pink, graffiti-covered solar-powered RV became my canvas, its smaller size and imperfections serving as reminders of my resourcefulness.

As I surveyed my handiwork, a sense of accomplishment washed over me, tempered by the realization that I still lacked a location for my zoo. With determination and a touch of uncertainty, I pondered the next steps in my extraordinary journey.
