Calliope was showered with attention and gifts from everyone once they gathered in one of the drawing rooms. Leslie and Calix let her talk to the others by herself as the little dumpling was known to chat well.

Old Madam Xu led the conversation by asking about Calliope's days in the orphanage. The little one merrily shared stories about her friends and the caretakers.

Happy chatters and laughter echoed in the drawing room, spreading joy in the air.

As Calliope animatedly chatted with Old Madam Xu, Harper, Evelyn and the others, Amelia slowly walked to her while holding something. She pursed her lips, appearing a little hesitant.

Amelia stopped right opposite Calliope. The latter stopped talking, shifting her gaze from Old Madam Xu to Amelia. Her eyes brightened in delight.

"Mia!"

Amelia's cheeks flushed when Calliope called her name while smiling widely.

"Sister Poppy, Mia's storybook, wanna read?"
