Sharp

Lu climbed down the tree and grabbed a stone. He held the stone close to the egg and stayed a comfortable distance away from Brother J so that the latter wouldn't use his superior strength to snatch the egg before Lu could destroy it.

"Let's go!"

Lu took the lead.

The moon had yet to rise, even if the sunset was about over. Lu also didn't have that much world essence, so he would have to be frugal with his Strolls. Once he got close to the border, he could try and outrun Brother J.

"Lovely weather we're having."

Walking in silence with Brother J a few steps away and half an army within sight was a little awkward. So, Lu tried to break the silence. Maybe he could also figure out something about Brother J and Bagrab.

"I guess. I don't really care much about weather."

"I see. You're more of a company man, then."

"'Company man'?"

Lu nodded.
