Clyde's gaze lingered on Asher as he thought about the boy's words.
His expression was the same though and did not betray his thoughts. Aria on the other hand though seemed to show a lot of shock.
"What! TEN!?" Aria said out loud. "You four actually fought that many rogue mercenaries?"
"We did… with quite a bit of difficulty." Since there was no choice, Micheal decided to reveal it. 'It shouldn't be a problem with them knowing right now. Once we report it to the Mercenary guild, the news can easily be found out by them anyways.' He thought to himself.
The information about any rogues was highly sensitive and needed to be conveyed to all the authorities involved in it. This included not only the Mercenary guild themselves but also the law enforcement.
As such for a few nobles getting this information was as easy as just asking. Not to mention, someone of a high enough rank like the daughter of the city lord it would be even easier.
