Wisdom Monkey's True Ability

"Wis?" Lady Moon turned a quizzical look at Quinlan. "Is that the name of this Wisdom Monkey?"

"Oh, I forgot to introduce her."

Quinlan sat straight up, motioning his hand toward Wis as he spoke. "This little one is called Wysteria Alachronisium Gretch Halvirima Tus Phondiuch. Her name's too long, so I call her by her nickname, Wis."

"M-Master?!"

When Quinlan announced her True Name to the two without hesitation, Wysteria panicked. After all, their True Name can be used to "bind" commands, making it impossible to refuse.

"Wysteria Alac... what?"

But of course, unlike Quinlan, who could catch the full name after only hearing it once, Xiyadie was unable to even get the first two words!

"I said, Wysteria—!"

"AAAAAAAH!"

Before he could repeat the name, the poor monkey raised a loud noise, flailing its limbs randomly, trying to interrupt his words. Lady Moon smiled at this and warned Quinlan.
