The Great Escape (2)

Melody stood close to General Bethilda, trying to stay by her side. However, even if they stick close together, fighting against six enemies simultaneously would be hard.

'And these guys... They feel the same as those assassins that attacked Quinlan!' Melody gritted her teeth in anger.

Back then, she could barely hold back one, and now there were six!

In one fluid motion, Melody reached for her back, around her waist, and pulled out a weapon. A dagger six inches long, with the blade being one inch thick. It was a normal Damascus dagger.

"I should've brought guns instead!" Melody lamented as she went to battle position.

The six enemies, with their bodies covered in powder, decided to turn off their invisibility. Keeping it on wouldn't make much difference either way. As they switched it off, six black suits appeared. From their wrists, a long blade of about half a meter extended, much longer than Melody's cute dagger.
