Breakfast with the Valois Family

Alonso and Natalie descended the stairs hand in hand heading towards the dining room. Her stomach had been making noises ever since she woke up – a natural aftermath of the previous night's action. The scent of freshly baked bread and fragrant tea made her mouth water, and the clinking of cutlery against porcelain dishes sounded lovely to her ears.

"Big families are the best," Natalie grinned, looking up at Alonso who gazed tenderly down at her.

"You belong to a big family now."

As they approached the dining room, a portion of the table became visible through the main hall. The variety caught Natalie off guard – different kinds of cheeses she had never seen before, exotic fruits, pastries, and freshly picked flowers decorated the middle of the table. She recognized some familiar faces among the staff from the previous day rushing to finalize breakfast preparations.
