Upon the contract, words began slowly forming; written in a tongue unheard of by the human race.
"Just sign your name there," I pointed at the small glowing black line at the bottom of the scroll,
"I can't understand it," Noah replied, still standing a short distance from the scroll, not daring to step closer.
"Of course you can't, it's not English," I rolled my eyes, "You English speakers are so spoilt in this society, always expecting people to bend over for your every need."
"I've been told not to sign stuff without fully understanding the content,"
"You're very meticulous for a drifter. Not even the billionaire bothered to read all the terms and conditions before signing." I clicked my fingers as the words on the page rearranged themselves into the English language.

"Well, what do you think?" I tilted my head as he read.
"Add one more line." He turned to face me again, "If you fail to kill them within 48 hours, you will erase your entire existence."
I let out a single scoff as I took a step forward. This human was up to something. His hands clenched tightly in a ball. His knuckles turned all white and ghastly as splatters of blood dripped from his nails piercing into his own palms. However, he sdared not look me in the eye. His gaze aimed past my ear, constantly dodging and weaving as I placed a hand on his jaw, tilting his head to finally stare back at me. In his two brown eyes, a wave of panic surged through, yet this time, a sense of hope and desperation; two emotions I would eagerly crush and watch as despair and fear took over as a therapeutic pastime. It eases the mind and calms the soul, according to a therapist I went to many years ago out of curiosity. But, perhaps the context of that phrase may have slipped my mind after so long.
But anyway, whatever he was plotting, I knew was a trap, but the curiosity and excitement of who this chosen target would be, and his strange vast knowledge towards me and my abilities seriously clouded my judgement as I clicked my fingers, the words on the contract modifying themselves once more,

"Doesn't that seem more fair, hm?" I smirked as Noah's eyes winced, but contrary to what I expected to happen, he nodded.
I watched as he placed a finger on the scroll, carving out his name on the line as the contract vanished; establishing its connection between us two.
"Now tell me, who is it you want dead?" I stepped back, "The president? A billionaire? That pig?" The little pink fella snorted at me before wandering away -- as far as the little rope could let it.
"I want you to kill God." He spoke.
My eyes widened as I scoffed, "Did you say God? Like the 'Lord Almighty'? The narcissistic arsehole from the bible?"
Noah nodded, "That's my chosen target. The contract says you have to do it."
I let out a manic laugh as I rubbed my head, "Now how can I do that when he doesn't exist? Are you suicidal perchance? Wanting to bring me down with you? Hm?"
"D-Don't lie!" Noah screamed, the anger in his eyes shone through as his hands trembled at his side, "You know he does! And you know what else I know? I know that you've seen him personally! What more? I know that he and y-you, are siblings!! So stop lying to me!"
I flinched. It's not easy making me flinch. But now, this little mortal was really getting on my nerves. How I'd just love to squeeze his organs out his mouth, and watch his brain come spurting out his ears, nevertheless I couldn't touch a hand on him currently.
"You little puny-" I took a deep breath, cleaning my anger with the image of him splattering on the ground like a heap of minced meat. I stepped forward, "Noah. Noah. Noah. Let me tell you something." I stared him straight in the eyes. "Me and him? Family drama. Never say that he's my sibling again, the next time I hear that word come out your mouth, I'll kill everyone and everything you treasure." I glanced over at the pig, "Starting off with that. Kapeesh?"
"B-But you're still bound to the contract. You need to k-kill God! So go do that already! If you don't, you'll die yourself!"
"Ahh," I opened my mouth with a clearer understanding of the plan, "You're… You're trying to kill me off by having me fight God. Am I hitting the target there?" I tilted my head, reading his expression, "And if I don't, I'll die anyway. Ohh, clear, aren't you? But why?"
I frowned, "What sparked this noble crusade of yours?"
"I-If you want to know, then you better get going then!" Noah exclaimed, pushing past me as he entered the house once more, shutting the door behind him.
I rubbed my head in contemplation as I glanced up into the sky, "I guess that's an invitation for me to go visit my old home then."
