Andromeda Project
Ahh..really? What, you're kidding?, Dan repeated. No, I am happy you felt that way towards me. I have liked you ever since that first day when Big Boss asked you to train me. I was so scared to make mistakes that I kept in mind everything you taught me, so you won't get scolded because of me. But when I made an error on one of our projects about the ellipse in Panto planet, you saved me by accepting the mistake and making it your own. I saw you rewrote and researched day and night for it until you perfected the plan. And Panto became a successful project. I wanted to be like you and now it finally came true. So this is my way of thanking you. Aside from that….also this!, Lena said and after the last word she kissed me on the lips that I felt I was in heaven and she is that beautiful angel who came down to erase all my pains and insecurities. She did make my pains go away and I felt safe, loved and… confused! Ahhhh…..why did you do that for! We aren't even dating yet! Ahhhhh…you silly girl!, Dan said and crazy as it seems, he liked Lena's kiss and smiled at her as he breathed a sigh of relief that she liked him too. That meant so much and it's a wonderful feeling he will keep forever in his heart. Lena and Dan held hands together while walking home.
Dan wanted to walk her home and since Earth has elevators everywhere, they still wanted to make life and their relationship simple, fun and exciting. Walking nowadays is a luxury that everyone seemed to neglect. Flyers (flying cars and vehicles) are all over the place that traffic isn't bad anymore. There are few vehicles that still run on ground streets but it seldom is the case. Since there are elevators to walk to and fro the ground and above or sky traffics, we can choose to stay afloat or grounded so we can still see and appreciate the trees, flowers, or view nature, old buildings, architectures and structures below. Air pollution seized when cars no longer emitted fossil fuels that was the sole cause for climate change. But ever since flyers used magnesium, quantum elevation and magnets, which alighted or flew, there are no threats to climate or earth that we needed to worry or strike on those issues. We are more concerned now on scientific findings, advancements and travels to other galaxies. Jobs and cyborgs are so transparent and popular that humans and AI's live harmoniously together to help build a better and healthy future for Earth, Mars, Saturn, Jupiter, Pluto, other planets, exo-planets and Andromeda. Since there are 500 billion planets in the said galaxy we have a long way to go in building homes and civilizations in these parts. Why I needed Dan to help me with this quest. He is the only person who is capable of finding solutions to issues on flight, distance and theories perfect to use on our feat, our project on Andromeda Galaxy, Lena thought. I know I like him too but the project is more important than my feelings. I hope I am right that he can be a big help for us. I hope he is a valuable asset to our dreams coming true in the future.
Hmmm…but that doesn't mean I couldn't have an intimate relationship with him. But our project is the first in my heart and however cute or lovely this man is. My sole purpose is to make our project work and make it a success. That is my only goal, not my heart's desire for Dan.
Ahh….this is wrong, but I need to make it work so Dan would agree to be part of our project. This is okay, right? Right!, Lena thought and smiled at Dan who is in cloud nine now not thinking that his crush has her own agenda and that making her project work is her only priority. Dan never thought Lena would use him like that but he has presumptions that she might take advantage of him since he blurted out his feelings towards her. Anyway, there's no point in hiding his feelings anymore and helping her is the best way to be closer to her every day. Lena is confused but she truly likes Dan and hopes to make things work between them, especially the project that they are both committed to doing now, for a brighter future of Andromeda.
