Haaa…I am happy for Miles but I just couldn’t take my mind off the worry, what if?, I smiled at Miles and hugged him. 
I know that look Ericka, if you are worried about me, don’t be, I can take care of myself now. You’ll see. We are not children anymore and I will prove to you that I am more capable of handling myself and those filthy monsters, so rest assured that I will come back home for you and Sarah!, Miles said and I hugged him again but now tighter. I don’t think that he will make it unless I am there with him to protect him. I love my friends and though I am a good Barista, I love war games and killing monsters is my specialty. But I don’t really know if my special ability could help the aviators but 

I want to try  and put it to good use which way possible, I thought and decided to check on DOGS Academy the next day and tried to sign up for the course. I got accepted right away and when I checked on the systems they use it’s almost the same as the simulators I usually play with and this is making life more interesting and exciting for me. Miles didn’t know I will be joining him for the eight months training. And this is going to be a hell of a game in real life, fighting, killing monsters, here we go!

Well, I always want to go home but since I became a flighter this is the only chance I get to go home and I love every minute of it especially when Ericka is here too, with me!, Dunea said smiling and kissing Ericka on the lips. Absalom wlaked towards the team and shook the hands of every contender. When it's Ericka's turn, he stopped and smiled, hugged the girl tight and whispered, welcome to the family, dear!

Ericka got goosebumps and smiled hugging the man back. He is really sweet for a six oh no maybe seven footer soldier who had huge muscles and armor all over his body. He is the King who a queen would want to protect her kingdom and more. He is going to be my future dad, how amazing is that! , hihi!, Ericka thought. Dunea heard everything and giggled. Really!

Ah, hmm…Ericka said and giggled as well.

Several maids escorted each contender and VOF officials / judges/referies to their own quarters and adviced to rest for a while due to the extensive travel. Time lapse and wormholes aren't really a pretty experience. It's actually better to travel a 12 hour long-haul flight on earth than that of travelling in time warps to another galaxy. It's tiring and as if you're body or soul are drained from the energy, power that you exert due to time gaps and time travel though you're just seated on your movable chair. The experience one feels is like his or her soul is leaping through one realm to another. Like you are being sucked in and out of your body which is not really a very pleasant experience, However, physicists are now introducing flights in outer space as manageable and conjusive to huert/ospian conditions as possible. So just like the flight to Andromeda Galaxy 'hopping through time to the edge of the universe', once it is complete, maybe, we can travel with ease and not worry about having head or body aches soon or in the near future.

But, flights are still fun. I love flying especially when I have my love one and friends with me. It's most pleasurable, because looking back at that time when I was alone in my apartment, only looking at my idols Ren and Hayaka on magazines and posters. Now, I am with them as a fighter/flighter for VOF Bout. Dreams realy do come true and it's wonderful!, Ericka thought while all are now headed to the dining area. It is as big as the royal chambers which the hosts to serve as our private rooms/quarters. The dining place is huge that it is like a ballroom where people can dance and have fun. I think Queen Ava and King Absalom will hold that too later, hihi!

Uncle Kimiko and Izumi is having their wedding on earth at Mount Fuji as we speak. I will see him soon since the couple will be heading back later for the second wedding to be held here in our castle garden tomorrow. How exciting!, Dunea thought and now being given her place to sit adjacent to the royal couple who is her mom and dad.
