After some time, we drifted off to sleep, holding each other close. I dozed off briefly, only to be jolted awake when I sensed Athena stirring. Advising her to remain still due to her exhaustion, my plea went unheeded as she disregarded my words, removing my arms from around her and rising to her feet.

She didn't react when I called her name.

I find myself trapped in a recurring nightmare, forced to witness the resurgence of the same horrors we endured four hundred years ago by the same evil. Will I falter once more in the face of adversity, or will I summon the courage to act decisively and whisk her away from this impending danger?
