The Villain Returns!

After saving Kral and making him his first subordinate, Raon left him in a nearby hut he had constructed that was covered with formations for protection and concealment. Raon gave Kral his cultivation technique as well as some talismans to connect to him, while he ordered Kral to cultivate slowly till the matters were settled outside and he was made the city lord.
