Ch-96:Meeting the King[1]

In the Formation Guild building of the capital city, a rarely used teleportation formation was activated, attracting the eyes of the nearby cultivators and the workers there.

A few Elders had arrived at the scene even before the teleportation ended, and in hushed voices, they ordered someone to go and send the news about this formation's activation to the Royal Advisor.

This was how the scene came to be in the Royal Palace of the Kingdom of Solarnelle, where Rey was being chided by his father before the Royal Advisor arrived at the scene.

Obviously, it would take time for them to arrive here, and the cultivators from the Arcane Academy would have teleported by then, hence the Elders of the Formation Guild Branch greeting them.

The reason for this was pretty simple, so it doesn't appear they are disrespecting or besmirching the reputation of the Arcane Academy.
