Ch-109:Mending Meridians[1]

Raon stood there, gazing at the fading back of Lia, who seemed to be troubled by something she couldn't understand as he saw her walk out to the temporary bath he had put.

It was nothing more than a makeshift bathtub sturdy enough to be filled with water and hold the water alongside the one bathing in it.

As soon as her back vanished from his vision, however, his focus turned to his hand that was clasping Lia's to support her, but all he felt from it was acute pain.

'She clenched it too tightly...' Raon thought as he looked at his hand, where marks of her tight grip remained, slowing his blood flow for a minute or two before returning to normal.

It wasn't that easy, though. He still felt that she might've broken a bone or something, but feeling the receding pain and the fading red marks of her grip somewhat relieved him.
