"Lost My ID"

In 2011, I even went as far as enlisting as soon as I turned 18. Spending the night in front of one line and then a few hours in another felt like a test of endurance, akin to a beauty pageant or a market where the most visually appealing would be approved. Following that was the eye test, where I ended up failing due to my nearsightedness. I lost my ID and had to return to get a replacement.
