Chris, died betrayed by his close friend, whom he addressed as a brother. All it was due to jealousy. They both entered the game together but Chris reached the sky whereas Brian couldn't.
Brian betrayed his friend to get some legendary items that could turn him into a powerhouse.
What he never knew was that Chris never told anyone about an item that he got, an item that returned him to the time before the game was introduced.

As Chris was preparing to leave the hideout, the entire world shook.

It was just not the shaking that occurred, there were also large roars that said that there were a lot of monsters near him.

"It looks like the fighting is taking place near the hideout. Does that mean all the fruits were either consumed or plucked away and these are fighting each other that are yet to be consumed? Heh, it means that I don't get the te fruits as I thought at first. Let's see how many are there?" Chris thought as he slowly crept out of the hideout.

He didn't want to alarm the monsters of his presence. There are many types of abilities that monsters possess in this world. Some have a great sight, some can sense the presence of others through scent or disturbances in the air.

Many monsters have innate talents mostly based on their bloodlines.
