"Can I count on you, Adara?" Dalton asked and I nodded.

"Words sweetheart. I need you to do your job perfectly." He said.

"I... I can do it perfectly, besides, Evren trusts me." I said and he smiled.

"He won't, not until you tell him. Act normal, but all you have to do is report everything he does to me." He said casually like it was an easy thing to do. I didn't know the lie to come up with, I'll have to tell Evren about it so that he could help me out.

I watched Dalton dab his napkin on his lips and place it on the table. "You'll begin tomorrow Adara. Don't fail me." My eyes turned wide. We had an engagement party to prepare for and he wanted me to work.

"Don't just get close to him in the office, also at home. There are a few silent phone calls he makes, I want you to keep a tab of all of them." He said rising from where he sat.
